Harrisons Hotel

We had organized a get-together of our schoolmates at Harrisons, Mulberry Hall on 26th April for a group of 35 friends. We had an excellent experience and wonderful time at Harrisons. The food was outstanding and our thanks to gayathri in helping us to choose the right menu. Our group had an excellent time and this is our 4th meeting at Harrisons in the last 6 years. We will definitely come back again next year.

Stayed at the Harrisons Hotel for two days The stay was quite poor. The first room they gave me was on the 5th floor. There was a terrible stink in the corridor and was extremely offensive. Once you entered the room, the bedsheets had not been changed. they were hair and stains on them and it smelled really bad. Then I asked HK to change the bed sheets. Thereafter, the phones to speak to reception doesn't work. The TV remotes had no batteries and there were no channels whatsoever except a few news and free on TV. The flush didn't work. I kept requesting for a double bed but strangely they couldn't provide me with one in two days. Reason: All Sold Out..!!! After lots of persuasion and requests, they gave me a room on the 6th floor. This floor did not stink like the 5th floor. The room was better. But still had to request batteries for the remotes, floor mats for the bathroom door. Nothing was provided. A better room than the last one, I stayed till I vacated. Coming to restaurants: The Chinese restaurant Dynasty is good. The Indian Restaurant Meenam served us stale fish. Being from hard core fish eaters, we could easily make out that the fist was stale and unhealthy. We asked the capt to check and he came back with a all good certificate from the Chef. We did not eat the fish dish but was promptly charged for the same. They gave a custard pudding costing fraction of the fish dish as free as if to show their magnanimity. The HK guys don't pick up the calls. And if they do, they are not very helpful. Harrisons used to be a great hotel at one time , but today sadly the hotel has lost its pride and sheen. The staff are not welcoming and warm. The Management is advised to look into these matters and not leave it to the junior most manager to run the place. Some senior intervention is immediately required.

Last week went to hotel Harrison tamilnadu Chennai Nungambakkam we had food at dynasty restaurant. all the food quality and quantity were excellent. especially crab claws chilli beef and roasted pork was outstanding. service also excellent

I stayed in the hotel during my business trip to Chennai. The hotel is in good location. The rooms given is also good.i had a break fast and dinner quality is too good. The restaurant staff [Mr yoga & team they are very polite and kind. Must Recommend place

It's been excellent experience we had it in DYNASTY & MEENAM. Food from both the restaurants were awesome, Staffs are very polite. Definitely we will come back.

Excellent hospitality, neatly maintained, tasty non vegetarian food and good ambience.We people enjoyed our programme in the hall Mulberry hall ,Harrisons hotel with fullest satisfaction. We highly recommend to use for banquets good keep up the good work

We appreciate the nice and excellent hospitality and cum cooperation given by Tmt.Gayatri and Mr. Karthick in relation to our association meeting arrangements done on 29.04.25 in Mulberry Hall.| Also we appreciate all the team members of Hotel Horrison.

We had our daughter's first birthday at Harrison. Management made great arrangement,very polite and supportive. Buffet spread was nice,all the food tasted good.
