GREEN TREE HOTEL

They have maintained a clean washroom, as most of the 2 star hotels they won't do that. Rooms are in much smaller size, so going with family just view then book accordingly. Moreover it is prime location and you will get AGDS Metro Nearer and No road side shops for budget friendly hotels. I preferable looking for clean washrooms, so I am rating them 4* star and some Cons also there and I don't want to mention it. It's a moderately high price for the Rooms. It's not budget friendly but kept clean.

I stayed at this hotel yesterday after booking it online, and unfortunately, the experience was terrible. The room was in poor condition--paint was peeling off the walls, and the heater wasn't working. Despite this, I chose to extend my stay for one more day since it was my last day in Chennai, and I didn't want the hassle of moving. Before going to the reception, I checked the online rate, which showed 1300. However, when I asked at the front desk about the price for an extension, I was told it would be 2200 plus taxes, totaling 2500. I politely mentioned that the online rate was showing 1300, but instead of honoring it, the staff immediately increased the online rate to 2200 as well. This behavior is extremely disappointing and feels like a deliberate attempt to take advantage of customers. I could have easily booked online again at the original price, but it's unethical to manipulate rates like this. The staff was careless and unprofessional throughout, making the experience even more frustrating.

Worst Hotel- Only 1 person checked in the morning at 10am just to freshen up and went out, checked out on the same day afternoon. They charged full amount without any hesitation. Irritating part was NO WATER BOTTLE, POWER CUTS, LOW HYGIENE ROOM, LOW QUALITY TOILETRIES. Not recommended at all !!!! NEVER TAKE THIS HOTEL. Shamelessly they ask for rating and they are back of our lives to give rating, LOL !!! Do proper service and charge properly.

So happy to have found green tree. I was struggling to find a good room at reasonable rate on republic day. For me it was perfect. Good clean comfortable room. Staff were so kind and helpful. I am an older female solo European and for me it was perfect. Thank you

Good morning. Really nice experience while staying. House keeping, cleanliness, location everything well and good under the managerial control of Mr Rajan.

If you need a place to just sleep then this is ok. Room was small but quite clean. They don't have a restaurant but do have some dine in options though eating in the room may not be appealing. We found a few bed bugs on the bed. Not ideal for a family

Rooms with ac good. Overall rating reduced by one because the whole premises,entry centers and the way from road to be modernized. Location excellent for visa processing in nearby vfs centre. Total uplift of the building and entry and counter will make it excellent. Don't go for a luxury stay. Expect good,small rooms with basic amenities,as we see in some foreign budget hotels.The toilets are well kept which these type of hotels overlook. Staff are very good especially Mr Rajan,who took personal care for the occupants comfort. In the main Annai salai and near to Metro station.They have other hotels elsewhere. It's basically a hotel with rooms in three floors,lift. Ordered food as per a menu is delivered to rooms. Free wifi is available.

I booked the room in this hotel coz I thought it is easily accessible for my place of visit but I felt I made a terrible mistake. Room was unhygienic and the mosquitos made me unable to get a proper 2-3 hrs sleep even. It's a worst experience I had with the hotel. The rooms look good in pictures but the stay is horrible. Cleanliness is not well.
