Such a wonderful experience. good staffs, excellent service, affordable price, accessible location and can get everything in fingertips. Except one disappointment, found two cockroaches/Insects in bathroom. I request the hotel management to take care of this one. Apart from that, everything was excellent.

One of the worst experience in hotel reception while entry. Spoiled entire mood with the interaction of Receptionist Mr Dinesh. He was was very rude in his tone and demanding. Don't even have minimal customer care skills. Rooms are not filled with crocroches. No body is there to help moving things. Only interested in making money. When i asked to meet senior management Mr Dinesh was not even responding and can see his frustration in face. Now i am reading the review, most of the people raised the same concerns. I don't know if the management is reading all these negative review. They are just reading positive reviews and commenting.

We were there 6 nights. Location is very convenient. Superior room is big, neat and clean Breakfast is good. Service good. Night time manager Thilipan was really help us a lot. responsible guy.

We have booked rooms for 3 night stay, online with specific request for king/queen size bed,when we checked in early morning at 4 am,we were told they are no queen/king size beds available ,and that we didnt call them to confirm . later after much request they suggested we come back after 12 noon to check if other rooms are available.so we agreed and got in twin bed room ,the room ac wasnot working properly , Troubled ,Later in the afternoon we went again and requested and they shifted us to the room with queen/king size bed,but the room had lot of baby cockroaches and bathroom was pathetically small . Overall okayish stay only. Have in house restaurant and swimming pool. Management needs to pay attention to cleanliness and do pest control.

Worst experience at any hotel ever. The receptionist Dinesh was rude. The rooms were not business class, with pest infestation. Room service was poor. No accountability at all. There is little to no parking space. Overall, a very upsetting stay.

I stayed from 1march 2025 to 5march 25. Good hotel and service are v.good. The Manager Mr.Dinesh best ,good,&honest person.Always in smiling face and kind approach. Negative point: Restaurant.. Other wise very good. Regards. Senthil Tiruppur.P

I used to stay here few times in last 3 years and I have seen some changes through this period.My last trip is the best so far.The rooms have huge improvement,cleaning is very good.The best part is the people there,they always willing to assist.I felt very comfortable.The manager always asks if everything is ok.Eveeyone at the hotel is helpful and friendly.Special mention to Shweta the young lady at reception,she always gives you huge smile and offer assistance.She is very kind and helpful Thank you so much.I will definitely stay there in near future.
