Worst experience I ever had in Chennai. No courtesy, no customer service and absolutely no humanity in the staff of the hotel. I had requested early check in due to my flight timings and they did that as a great favour to me and reminded every second during my stay in the hotel that, I have to vacate at the same time as the check in time. I booked hotel for 3 days and after the first day I fell sick so I immediately informed hotel and requested them to cancel the last day of my reservation (one day). I even requested to leave half of the price (around 4000 Rs per day) but they did not agree. Though agoda service reps called and requested due to my ill-health, they said they dont have another reservation for the room and it will go waste and did not agree. Finally I stayed for 3 days as per the plan but on the last day, they insisted to vacate at morning 8.30 AM since I had checked in at 8.30 AM on the first day. When they dont have any other clients to the room, at least they could allow me to stay up to 12 AN but that request also they refused. I was completely unwell, it showed up on my face and every hour they enquired if I was vacating at 8.30 or else one full day charge will be levied. Though I had explained that my train was in the evening at Chennai and requested to allow me to stay up to 12 PM without full day extra, (I said I will pay proportionate extra for 3.5 hours) they did not consider that. Because of that, I had to vacate the room at 8.30 AM and wait in the waiting room at Chennai railway station till evening. I was so shocked at the way they behaved with me travelling for an office work as a single lady. Absolutely no courtesy, no concern for the customer. I would rather prefer to stay in railway retiring room than such an unpolite hotel. There is no hospitality in this hotel. The AC in the room was sounding like a motor all through the night. I would say no value for money in this hotel. I thought hotel industry is service oriented and they care for customers well being, they care for customer service and will behave as human beings. But I was wrong with regard to this hotel.

We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Only draw back was the limited choice in the breakfast menu. Other than that, we didn't experience any issues. Walking distance to Apolo hospital, restaurants, and clothing stores.
We have proper connectivity from here as Shankara Nethralaya Main is around at a walkable distance 1.5km from here and Apollo Hospital is also near by. We have medicine shop also at ground floor. Also we can get food here easily
Stayed here for 3 days. This hotel is less than a 3-minute walk from Apollo Hospital. The rooms are a little small but it was clean and the staff was extremely helpful. There's also a small kitchen with utensils, attached to the room. Nice place if you are coming to Apollo Hospital room for your checkup.
I stayed at one of the best hotels in Chennai, and the experience was amazing. The services were top-notch, the rooms were excellent, and the staff was really cooperative and welcoming. Overall, it was a great stay.
Great rooms, decent room service. For 1 person 1 room ok couple it's ok for 1 room Air conditioning and bed was comfortable. They also provide some flexibility with checkin/checkout. On the downside, parking is a huge problem. They should also offer some snacks and better quality tea/coffee. But if you're just looking for comfortable rooms, this is a solid place to stay. Front desk staff also very friendly helpful
Real definition of hospitality. A home far from my land. Great guys doing what they know to do best 24/7/365. Making my stay a memorable one. Love you guys!!!
I loved this hotel. I've been moving from hotel to hotel looking for a cosy atmosphere, that is close to Apollo hospital, and is affordable. I chanced upon this place and it ticked all three boxes. It's 4 mins walk to Apollo hospital. The room is as cosy as it can get, and the prices are cheaper than other places I have stayed for similar service. Breakfast is served on the 6th floor with limited options but at least we didn't have to go out looking for food early morning. The rooms have kettles and tea/coffee sachets. This is very important for my tea-loving mom. I also felt very safe in the area. The best part is the young boys who would run all errands. The front desk personnel are also polite and friendly. Highly, highly recommended.
