I recently stayed at the Grand Courtyard Hotel for two days, and I had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making it the perfect place to relax. A special thanks to Manager Faisal, who made my stay even more memorable. He was extremely professional, kind, and attentive to every detail. He ensured that all my needs were met promptly and with a smile. His dedication to excellent service truly stands out and made me feel welcomed and cared for throughout my stay. I highly recommend the Grand Courtyard Hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay. I do recommend everyone..i had very comfortable stay here. Manager was very cooperative and calm guy.. no cons on room and service..Room was very neat, provided kettles coffee stuff Break fast was good. Overall satisfied with behavioural and service..

Good and Clean Hotel. Staff helpful. Around 1 km from Vadapalani Metro Station and may be 1 hour from Chennai Airport Food is ok but v can have many options outside like Sarvan Bhuvan, Vasanta Bhuvan etc., Only disadvantage is we do not get good network here. Just to call someone v hv to go outside room every time Overall Good Hotel but slightly inside from Main Road

I recently stayed at the venue and unfortunately, my experience was ruined by the unprofessional and inappropriate behavior of the receptionist or staff ( a mallu guy ). Instead of providing a welcoming and respectful environment, this staff member displayed rude and discourteous behavior, particularly toward female guests. On multiple occasions, I witnessed the receptionist speaking disrespectfully to women, making inappropriate remarks, and showing a complete lack of professionalism. Not only was this behavior uncomfortable and offensive, but it also created an unwelcoming atmosphere for all guests. Additionally, their attitude toward customers in general was dismissive and unhelpful, making check-in and other requests unnecessarily difficult. A hotel should prioritize hospitality, respect, and professionalism, but this staff member's conduct was the exact opposite. I strongly urge hotel management to address this issue immediately, as such behavior is completely unacceptable in the service industry. Until improvements are made, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and respectful stay.

I booked this hotel for 5 nights through Booking.com, and I was overall happy with the hotel room and the general service. The room was clean, well-maintained, and the hotel staff was friendly. However, I had an unfortunate experience with Mr. Faisal, the front office staff. When I tried to confirm the booking, he instructed me to cancel my reservation on Booking.com, after which he mentioned that I would be charged INR 12,000 per night, which was significantly higher than the price I had booked for (INR 7,200 per night as confirmed by Booking.com). This inconsistency in pricing and the manner of handling the situation was quite disappointing. While the hotel itself was great, I feel that the management should address this issue for future guests.

Had stayed for a couple of days on a private visit. Both the front office staff and room boys were helpful,cooperative and friendly. Hotel is very clean, well-maintained and budget friendly.

This Lodge is available in Residency area where the street is very narrow to park the vehicles. It provides only 2 car can Park in their parking lot. Others are forced to park the vehicle at narrow street or in main road. It creates a block for any Ambulance to enter into the street on emergency situation and they are not maintaining any car details in their ledger where it will create a police complaint to make the car to remove from the street. They will not provide any security to the car that visit to their lodge.
