Prime and clam location, good parking with CCTV, good service, best in class rooms, value for money. They even called me and informed me when I accidentally forgot my watch there. They handed it to my friend. Great gesture. Thank you and will prefer you for future stays as well.

The owner was super nice. He went out of his way to help us. He set up good transportation. Also helped with money exchange. But the most important part is he let me know a different option for my stay instead of the one I picked. It saved me some money. I am very happy and satisfied with the service and help I received.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at your service apartment. The entire building, from the entrance to all three floors, was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The caretaker was friendly, helpful, and readily available. I highly recommend this property.

We hosted the family for my sister's wedding in Chennai at Sam's FriendlyStay Prime. It was an excellent venue for us and we rented 5 2BHKs for 3 days. The rooms were very clean and kitchens were also equipped with everything, so my family could prepare light meals and tea very often. Sam and Aliang were very professional in communication. Highly recommend!

The stay is spacious, clean, and hygienic, with good ventilation, fresh air, and plenty of sunlight--something you don't even find in many five-star hotels. The staff and owner are friendly. Five stars.
