A hidden gem in Chennai ! Huge room with the most comfortable bed I've slept in over my 2 months in India! Quiet, safe and clean with fantastic communication. We were given a late checkout, too! Good supermarket and tea/coffee seller within a couple of minutes walk, too. Highly recommend.

Stayed during Dec-2024 with family of 3 for 7 days in executive triple room . Its ideal for a family who is looking for a comfort stay with all amenities included. The flexibility to negotiate early check-in and last minute extension of stay gives peace of mind during your stay. We were taken care well during our stay and will definitely recommend to our friends.

A bit far from airport but very quiet. The room was small but had everything I needed. For that price it was well equipped with a water kettle and tea bags complementary. Surprisingly good for a homestay.

My stay was 7 days with my husband it was a famtastic days with friendly stay i felt like home tge rooms were very clean and elegant decor. You get all the basic facilities that you need to stay for a week or more food was not a problem maggi sis i really miss your food becase of timing since lot of well known hotels are near by autos are avaialbale right across the street. The owner Mr.SAM is really gentle man and his wife Mrs.Latha she is very friendly and genuine specially very helpful to us mr. Kumaran car driver he s also like a good person thank u so much guys who make our days more memorable and will meet u again on december. This hotel will always have my heart i have recommended highly that others visit friendly stay (kolapakkam) once. And i can assure you that they will never regret it

Great rooms for a homestay experience. Rooms are very well maintained. The owners, manager and cleaner are all very helpful and cooperative. Rooms are furnished with all adequate amenities. Overall, it's a pretty good place to have a calm and peaceful stay. Location might be a bit towards the inside but if you have a personal vehicle then it shouldn't be much of a problem as the main road is 5 minutes away. Highly recommend, 10/10.
