Four Points by Sheraton Chennai, Velachery

We had buffet lunch on our wedding anniversary and really enjoyed the buffet from soups, appetizers, salads to main courses. The spread good and the taste too. Salads, starters and main course and desserts are excellent. The service is polite and too good and they surprised us with an anniversary cake at the end. Thanks to Anand, Prathipa and Sudhan.

The hotel was generally nice, but being on the side of the main road sometimes caused noise disturbance. Another issue was that the buffet meals were nice. The chef was helpful in making what we wanted. The staff was very helpful in terms of service. I would like to thank everyone there for their help during my stay.

Swati's hospitality truly stood out! Even though breakfast wasn't included in my booking, she generously provided it as a warm gesture. It made my stay feel even more welcoming and comfortable. Small acts of kindness like this show her genuine care for guests. Highly recommend!

We had problem with booking . Then we did it through booking .com expect for that we had a great time. We went for chetinadu buffet it was so good sutta kohzi was mouth watering. Morging buffet was remebrable pork bacon , and danish . My daughter seeing display non edible macroon asked for it . Chef dinesh was so kind not to dis appoint the kid made for us the next day . Pool time was amazing we enjoyed a lot. We stayed on 18th and 19th. But i forgot my charger in the room as i was in a hurry to attened a conferance. I was late as we were not willing to leave the place and ambience

Lovely property with a great location, from the interior to vibe, from the lobby to the outlet looks stunning, the pool with the city view is my favorite spot, the bar on the top floor is just wonderful, the bar to with the stunning view going to be my new favorite spot. The food & presentation is very eye catchy, the rooms are very comfortable & again the interior is wonderful, very decent size & cleanliness on point.. You can even sit while taking bath, its very rare & good concept. The staffs are the cherry on top. Very friendly people at reception & it's lovely to see happy faces welcomes you. At the outlet staffs takes each effort to make your experience a memorable one. 10/10 from my side.

Excellent Food taste and ambience and Excellent Customer service by staff and live counter was good. Fruits and salads counter was taste. Different experience. We came with family and enjoyed. We will also refer to our friends and family circle

Blown away by the service||||Havent seen a more courteous, sincere and caring service in a long long time. Every individual in the hotel seemed genuinely concerned in making my stay / meals comfortable. Wonder how they achieved this and the level of training/recruitment that would have gone in this. ||||It is a new hotel (opened Jan 2025), so facilities are spic and span. Bar has not yet opened but likely to open before May. Highly recommend.

During my recent visit at Four Points by Sheraton (Valachery), I was warmly welcomed by an outstanding team--Sudhan (Executive) and Sushma & Siiveine BD (Associates). Their constant smiles, friendly demeanor, and genuinely positive attitude created such a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.||Sudhan handled everything with grace and professionalism, making sure every need was met with care. Meanwhile, Sushma and Siiveine brought a vibrant, cheerful energy that made my experience even more enjoyable.||Hospitality like this leaves a lasting impression.
