Flagship Sp Stay's

One of the ever worst idiots who runs the hotel. I booked the hotel and paid money OYO app and have reached Chennai for my friends marriage with family.. At the time of check-in the idiot who answered my saying that why I booked throught OYO app and should have called them directly. My question here is, if we need to call those idiots directly, then why we need to book and pay through OYO???? Why you guys have a tied your property with OYO?? Also they rejected my stay and have updated as "checked in" in the app... When we try to call them also, no proper response.. Please don't waste time choosing this property.. Number one worst customer care and all useless guys running a business.. they don't know what is business and running a business... All dumb trash...

Don't book this hotel. The location shown in the map leads to nowhere. I can't find the hotel and put me in an embarrassing situation. I will give it a big ZERO. I am going to take legal action for the inconvenience caused. Anyone who faced such a situation may comment on a review please

These fraudsters would charge more than one mentioned in the Oyo app.They charged me extra 1500 while Oyo give it 500 bcoz this property lies in a remote place. Don't take, this could ruin your whole trip.

Facts are they are frauds they will receive booking after that they will demand 1500/- saying we don't listen to Oyo rates if u want stay or leave it frauds beware @plantingindia

Too worsted room and response. And my wallet is theft but he told not our responsibility.

Everything is nice and cooperation in the reception was excellent Nice rooms and infrastructure is good.. But the only issue area and the road conditions to reach the sp stays...

Worst service in Oyo mentioned as 500 after going there he is demanding 1500 for such a local lodge
