Guys I highly recommend you avoid this hotel at all costs. It was, by far, the worst hotel experience I've ever had. First off, when I arrived, they denied my booking. The receptionist claimed that the price I had paid was too low. I was baffled, as I had booked through online site. If the price was too low, why was it listed there in the first place? I ended up paying extra to get a room, but it was not worth it. The room was in terrible condition. The bed felt like sleeping on sponges - it was awful. Honestly, it would've been better to stay outside. On top of that, there was no water available in the evening. When I asked for a simple can of water (and even offered to pay for it), they refused to provide it. Basic needs like water were ignored. The attitude of the management was extremely rude and aggressive. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Please don't make the same mistake I did.

One of the worst services ever in my 20 years of travelling. Was made to wait in the reception for close to an hour and denied Check-In. Was overly charged than the booking/Reservation amount. Despite paying 150% more than the booking amount, the rooms and washrooms were very dirty. Bed linen was stained. NO HOT WATER, No bathroom utilities, No towels were provided. Rooms infested with Mosquitoes. A/C was not working and what not? It was a terrible experience to stay here. Had no other choice at the time of the day for me. I still REPENT my decision to stay here.

I Felt Lot's Of Inconvenience 1) Worst Room Service 2) Not Supplied Breakfast 3) Room Full Of Mosquitos 4) Didn't Provide Food 5) Bedsheets Are Not Fresh. Tooo Bad Smell 6) More than Everything They Are Charged 2000 Extra If I Ask About This, They Are Behaving Rude Overall Unhappy/Dissatisfied Better To Choose Some Other Room

After booking I called the hotel and informed them I will be arriving at midnight for check in. I was denied the room I booked saying that it was given for someone else. They told me to leave the place at 3am with my luggages around saying it is given to someone else. I was only offered to pay twice the amount than I booked for a double room. It is literally like using the situation and they are not bothered about online bookings etc. Very very rude behavior and they are not bothered what my point was. I was robbed of by money and I am never going to use or recommend OYO again.

You are doing gambling with customer. Hotel are refusing to give the room, but your asking to pay before booking. I lost my money.

This is not good place for staying. They are asking for additional amount. They are refuses booking, if you will not pay additional amount. Better search another one.
