Flagship Kishore Inn Near Pvr Cinemas Skywalk

I have stayed in Kishore inn for 4 days it was good. Clean rooms and sheets, personally I made this as my default hotel to stay in Chennai.

The staff there are really helpful and courteous. Rooms and corridors were clean. But the hotel definitely needs a repaint job! All the walls have dirt sticking onto them. Definitely a renovation work will make the hotel lot better.

I won't give star for this room. Because there is no proper response from staff. They are asking money % but service is very poor. After the power cut no UPS no Generator they are simply sitting in reception and didn't pick up the service calls from room.

They will not provide single water bottle they charge rs1600 for non AC , which is full of dirt and dust and bathroom was not good and some smell is coming. I stayed for emergency purpose I stayed there . There is no 24hrs stay. They have 11pm checkout. I stayed for 7hrs and payed that much amount. Which is too much...

The room is very decent and comfortable. Toilet is clean and neat. Some things I had to ask separately which weren't there already like chair, dustbin. No place to dry wet clothes so I had to do it in the room itself. Most of the time my room's door was hard to unlock due to the handle which I think needs a repair.

Such an unprofessional, fraudster hotel. Demanding double the money from what I have booked via agoda. Such an arrogant behaviour from the reception staff. That bloody staff thinks that he is the owner of that hotel. Such an arrogant Bloody fraudster he is. I definitely give ZERO stars but there are no such options. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NO ONE TO CHOOSE THIS TYPE OF FRAUDSTER HOTEL...........

Very bad attitude of staff at reception. They have baseless rules and regulations and staff is ready to cancel and give back the cash for everything you ask them. They told us the reason that "you ask a lot of questions" so we are cancelling the booking. Hotel is good but service is bad. and Visitors are not allowed even for a minute or two.(another drawback) .

Worst lodging experience ever. The hospitality was worst. Hotel denied my booking. I paid prior reaching the hotel and of course there was a attractive offer available In make my trip I availed the offer and booked it and reached the hotel. The person in the reception wouldn't take my booking because they cannot accept the offer price and denied the booking. So if there is any offer available in OYO or make my trip for this hotel please don't take a risk they don't honour it. THE WORST!!
