Worst services not even clean the room past few months. Booked in oyo for one Rate but in present they charged more amount even we complaint to oyo no response. They simply said that cancel the booking and book a new property. Never go to this property with family.

Extra charges you need to pay.. Oyo booking is 1265 But you hav to pay 300 extra Location is too far from railway station and main road. Not at all suitable for family. For single also can't travel such worst jungle way to that kb Residency

OYO has no control over KB Residency. I had booked it for three nights through Make My Trip and had paid in advance. But when I reached the hotel in the morning and showed the booking, the person sitting at the reception refused to give me a room saying that no room was available. After a little request, he said that he would give me a room if I paid in cash. After making a cash payment of Rs 1500, he provided us a room. Neither tea nor any type of food available there. We have to order food online. The delivery boy does not know anything other than the local language, so there is a problem in ordering food online. This is not a hotel. Boys and girls come here for 2-4 hours and leave after having fun. Never go here with family. Overall, it was a very bad experience. This hotel is being run by 3 persons from Tripura. In this hotel, anyone can come and enter your room. The person sitting at the reception keeps playing games on his mobile.

I had an incredible experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. The amenities were top-notch, including a luxurious spa and a well-equipped fitness center. The hotel's restaurant offered a delectable array of dishes, and the attentive service made dining a delight. The location was fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions and breathtaking views. Horrible.... You can not even stay alone.. never think about stay with your Family... Absolutely No room service, Horrible Location, you can not go at 8 O clock in the evening. You need to depend only on Zomato only. You will not find tea even.

We booked the hotel through one popular website which we got for 600/- INR, after we reached the property the owner told he can give us the room only if we pay the double amount. And then coming to the room it's very dirty, full of mosquitoes and the washroom doesn't even have any lock.

Had one of the worst experiences in my life. I would like to explain my tirade. I booked a hotel well before my travel >1 week prior, in-spite of that on the day of my visit to the city, the hotel owner says its not booked and they don't have any rooms to offer, I immediately called OYO customer care they arranged another hotel 6 kms away from my first booked hotel, when I reached the hotel although this time they had rooms but wanted an extra 100% of the amount I already payed, upon calling the customer care they again offered another hotel nearby by this time it was already past 10.30pm it was raining heavily and the whole city was drenched. I didn't want to go to any other hotel, I paid extra 100% of the already paid amount and stayed. 1. I paid extra for my cab travels in these tirade 2. Hotel name was not what they had mentioned in the app 3. I paid extra 100% 4. Above this, the hotel had a pathetic rooms and services, pungent odour, smelly uncleaned beds and sheets, mosquitos all around the rooms. 5. I got fever the next day. Anybody would be frustrated by this experience.

Lesson learnt. Always stick to the recent reviews. I missed out to follow it & had a really horrible experience. More or less same scenario I had. Arrived late in rain, they denied room even though rooms were there. The rooms were super dirty & I got unwell the very next day. Visiting here would be a very bad decision be it solo or with family.
