AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. The facilities are filthy, with no proper blankets or hygiene standards. It's not suitable for families due to rampant smoking, drinking, and other questionable activities. The staff is extremely rude and manipulative, demanding extra money (Rs. 1500 in our case). Safety is a major concern, especially for women, with no proper locks or security measures. Bathrooms are left uncleaned. To make matters worse, we booked through Agoda, but our room was given away to someone else, with the management making pathetic excuses. Don't fall for the fake 5-star reviews - this place is a nightmare.

Please don't lure to fake good reviews and come to this place. There is not even one good thing here. 1. Pathetic service 2. No hygeine, dirty walls, bedsheets, torn pillow cover, torn bedsheets 3. Leaking Wall, 4. Not safe for family or female travellers. 5. Please don't trust oyo and book this room. 6. Everything is dirty here. 7. At worst case, first check the room then pay for it. Worst stay of my life.

Don't book this hotel ONLINE. If you book the room directly with the hotel you accept, so that they can charge you more money. I Reconfirmed-my booking through OYO but they did not provide the room. After booking the room I contacted the hotel and tried to reconfirm the room and they told me to call back after 10 minutes. After making more than 15 calls at various times till 4 pm, they did not return calls. When I got to the reception to check in, they said that no rooms were confirmed and don't accept online reservations. Myself and OYO tried to reach The owner of the hotel several times but he is not answering any calls.

PATHETIC. DO NOT BOOK here through OYO. Don't get fooled by rating. I was asked to Make advance payment for a day's stay. Booked 15-20 days in advance. At the time of arrival Check In was denied. Waited for 30 mins in call with OYO to get a refund. Poor quality. HORRIBLE AND AWFUL EXPERIENCE

My recent stay at [Hotel O Jayaram Residency] was extremely disappointing. The room was filthy and the service was unacceptable The room was in a terrible state. There was dust on all surfaces, stains on the bedspread, and the bathroom was unsanitary.

Had the worst experience at this hotel... No words, first off the staffs there were were very rude to us.the fact that we already paid for the rooms through online , as we got in , they asked in extra charges from us... And after everything was sought out , they did give us a room but not a pleasant room, what we saw next was not tat we expected, broken chairs, no towels..and so on so forth.. Over all experience, is that the hotel itself is non welcoming and I regret it at first hand choosing this hotel .

Fraud Mobile number. Don't pay by money request. Beware

They don't accept Oyo amount ....they bought extra amount arround 1000..... There is no tv facilities.... No extra bedsheet & drinking water Bad smell in floor and rooms ....then beds also The bathroom door is not working properly Room wall full damage ... .... totally not worth able to money..... Better u can choose any other option.... Very worst behaviour in reception....
