There are other OYO hotels which is cheaper and better in terms of hygiene, I recommend OYO to remove the partnership. The reception boys communicate in Hindi thinking its not understandable to me. His attitude towards the customers and the hygiene is a huge disappointment. Not worth the money

The worst room I have stayed. No water bottles, toiletries was provided. Room smells bad. They charged 3500 for 2 person. Room space wasn't enough for just 2. Kindly avoid this residency!

Disappointing stay - worst hotel room ever! Unacceptable conditions, wouldn't recommend to anyone. They are charging too much 2000 per...I can take a good hotel for this much price ......waste of money

The worst room I ever stayed in. 1. Room was not properly cleaned, they did not even try to empty the trash. 2. Water heater not working. 3. Bathroom flush and tabs not working(you need to use valves). 4. CMBT Busstand common bathroom is cleaner than this. 5. Lots of mosquitoes. 6. We booked a room for 3 people and they provided cot for two people only, so one of us need to sleep on the floor(even after paying the full amount). 7. Simply the roadside platform is much better and cleaner than this room

Worst room ever seen,price also very high...not worth for this much of price.. staff not responding what we need.. don't book this room

Very very worst experience in my life because 17/04/2020 i booked a room for 2days and pay online in full payment. Check in time hotel person tell only one day room available and another day we are not provide room because that 2nd day all rooms booked iam very disappointed with family iam coming from mumbai and 1st time in Chennai my plans also spoiled for oyo service....

Very bad service also the staff is not at all polite, bad service no manners too. I have never experienced this type of behaviour. Totaly very bad and worst place. We r paying money but their attitude is very bad like...We are refugees. Worst lodge.

The stay at blue moon residency was an awesome experience The room was very clean,the restrooms are hygienic overall the hotel was clean with all the aminties working properly . The staff's behaviour was really nice and polite Thank you blue moon for a wonderful experience
