I suggest anyone not to book this horrible hotel. It's far better if we sleep on the platform outside. Zero in services.... Zero in room ambience.... Zero in hygiene.... They asked me to wait for AC room after 3 hours they gave me a room without AC remote. I was asking for AC remote for more than one and half hour later they are telling me the room's AC is not working. I was all sweat and dehydrated... poor in everything.

Ideally this is a lodge and not a guest house. If you are going as a family, PLEASE DO NOT EVEN VISIT THIS place. Such a horrible experience. Rooms were full of cigarette buts and smell. Bedbugs all over the room. Such a nasty and incorrigible guest house I have ever seen.

We booked a AC room, it was horrible. No ventilation, room had bad smell all the time. AC remote was not working. Water was stagnant in toilet, shower was not working properly. Toilet seat was broken. Day by day water became horrible, first day it was yellow and the second day it was brown. There were cockroaches. No proper wifi. While complining in the reception, they were giving some random resons. AC room was very costly not worth of money. Very bad experience. Do not choose these rooms at any cost.

This hotel is located on the main road of Virugambakkam near to Koyembedu. Restaurant, pharmacy, coffee/tea shop, ATM are all available at walkable distance. Hotel rooms are neat and average but not bad. Cockroach disturbance is there Both inside and outside the room. Both AC and Non-AC rooms are available. Worth staying here for 2-3days. Suitable for family, couples, kids.

Hated the place. I pre booked an AC room on oyo but when I arrived they denied me ac room, I told them I have booked ac room but they said they will give nonac room only and if I want ac room I have to pay 3k extra. I agreed on the nonac room, when I entered the non ac room I noticed it was not even a real room, there was a drain right next to the bed, there was no walk able space in the room, the fan was not working and most importantly there was NO VENTILATION AT ALL. So I then told them that I can't stay in this room and requested them to provide me a room at least one window but the denied then I was forced to pay 3k extra as it was getting late and I was with my father who is a senior citizen. In the ac room the ac didn't work properly and they didn't even provide bed sheet, I asked them to give bed sheets for 2 days then I had to shout in order to get a bed sheet. The water coming out of the tap is extremely dirty and is not usable at all. I used bottled water for 7 days straight. Had a horrific experience at this hotel.

Don't book this hotel Oyo make us fool no proper maintenance no proper bed spread and no proper pillow everywhere smell no desent atmosphere not worth for family or solo stay it's not a hotel its a godown Oyo people's suggest this to make fool better to stay even some under tree I never seen such a worest hotel not a word to say about this hotel better avoid arunachal guest house virugambakkam

Worst hotel I've ever been to!!! People in the reception and services are such a morons. Disagreed to let us check-in even though payments were done via oyo and asked for 1000 rs extra to have rooms. Not at all safe for women, room services sucks. Rooms were not clean, bathroom was stinky and pipes were leaking. No bed sheets were there and there were leftovers seemingly from previous people who stayed there. And guess what, the receptionists were not even bothered a bit even after complaining about these multiple times. PLEASE DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE.
