Receptionist Lokanadhan guided good... Ac is not cooling properly.... We are not able to access all the channels especially Telugu and english channels..., and the plug points are not charging and some are not working at all. But the area and the rooms are highly good and affordable in this high scale area.

Best place to stay near Anna nagar, Neat rooms, spacious, very friendly staff. Used the rooms for my marriage, very cooperative and they helped a lot. Reuben , Dinesh the team was awesome. I invited them to my reception they even came for reception. For a family stay without bitting your purse - go for it highly recommend. 5 stars will not be enough.

Not sure what Oyo means by flagship. The area is unsafe for women, with suspicious men loitering near the hotel. The reception had 2 men sitting in just their dhoti's with upper half exposed. Really scary. Please avoid.

I lived here for 5 months during my IVF process and pregnancy. I do have a very lovely memory in this place Alhumdulillah.

Waste they took money and told that your booking has cancelled and you have re book your room. If not check out. I checked out at night 10 pm with my language it's too embarrassing

Such an owsm hotel i have ever came the way of communication receptionists were genuine and owsm such a good place every one should stay great place!!

Room was good and clean.Staffs were frndly.Only delay in room service irritates.
