Room size is ok for the price. Bathrooms needed to be maintained well and beds were not that comfortable and making noise if you move little. Even fans make a lot of noise. AC is working fine. Overall stay was not that comfortable. Not recommended

The worst OYO experience of my life. One of the filthiest rooms you'll find in an oyo. My whole stay was a big nightmare. It started with them charging me extra for early check-in even though I tried to explain to them that Oyo had a complimentary check-in policy from 10AM. Coming to the rooms, they are claustrophobic, filthy and probably never vaccumed for a long time. The bedsheet and bathroom were dirty too. But since I was in an urgency I decided to go with it. When I went out and came back, my room had no electricity and I had to wait for around half an hour for someone to come fix it while I sat there sweating like a pig. There was no one available at the reception all that time and I had to contact OYO to resolve the issue, and that too after one executive left after putting me on hold. I decided to give them one last chance even after all this. That's when the Air conditioner started malfunctioning. You can imagine my plight in the middle of Chennai heat. I was really frustrated. I contacted OYO customer care to complain regarding this issue and the absence of staff and share my concern with regard to the early check in. The executive put me on conference call with the property manager who talked very arrogantly and said that it was not his problem if the power was not there and I should adjust. That was the final nail in the coffin for me. I decided to check-out of that place and suddenly the receptionist (who disappeared for a long time) comes with the phone and hands it over to me. It was the guy who checked me in earlier in the morning. He talked in a threatening manner and said that if I complain, the receptionist will be in trouble since he was not present there when I needed him. After a heated conversation, he asked me to do whatever I want after paying the balance due. I contacted oyo again to ask if I paid at the hotel now, will I get a refund later, since I did not even stay there. The executive told me he'll forward me a link in which I can claim refund (which I haven't received yet). I had to pay Rs. 1024/- for nothing. I did not even spend 4 hours at that place. I hope this review helps someone from making the same mistake I did. I should have read the reviews beforehand! I'm surprised OYO hasn't taken this place down even after so many negative reviews. Maybe OYO standards have really gone down as they say!!!

Very bad experience as I tried to book this hotel through OYO call center , the agent said rooms are full, so he booked another hotel near by called "Royal O Indus" and took advance payment. After reaching to hotel, I was denied checkin to this hotel as front desk Manger said they deregistered with OYO. I called OYO call center for help, after several retry, I got an agent to speak, then he confirmed they have deregistered this hotel from their portal, he said he will book another hotel for me, but that was too far from the location I was looking for. Then I ended up making my own arrangements. I am still waiting for refund of advance amount. I am very disappointed with OYO service. Don't ever book rooms via OYO, they don't deserve business. Always call to hotel directly and book rooms. I have made self promise that I will never book rooms via OYO, and it's your turn, Don't get bluffed when you are in urgent.

Booked it on OYO and it's such a waste of money to even book this hotel. Everything in this is bad such as Reception staff, room, bed, washroom. 1. Reception staff threatened me to leave hotel and when i asked them that they were charging me more than 30% for early check in. They charged me 300rs for early check instead of 190rs. As per OYO norms they have to charge me around 30%. 2. Room was dirty and had blood staines. 3. Water leaking AC onto my bed. 4. No toiletries provided. 5. I left this hotel at 10:46 AM but they checked out my booking at 06:24 AM in the morning itself. I was like what the hell's happening I haven't even checked out and i got a mail saying that i checkout. Such a waste booking this hotel. Please do check out the photos i posted and then think of booking this hotel. Everything about this hotel was bad or even worst experience.

The rooms are maintained cleanly. They provide everything on OYO standards. The place is safe and secure. They also have CCTV surveillance. The lodging is on the third floor. No lift facility. It's a long way through stairs. The rooms are small but fully furnished. A good place to rest and sleep. The rent is nominal. Enjoy your stay.

Its not just this flagship. Please don't book any rooms with OYO flagship hotel. It's nothing but simply waste of time and money . The relationship between property manager and OYO is worst. we booked and paid for the room online through oyo, once after we reach the property, the manager said that they are no more accepting any bookings through OYO. When we ask them that we are ready to pay cash for new booking, they said it's fully booked. So OYO is taking money and book the hotel which is already fully booked hotel????

exactly they are cheaters. if you went throught oyo booking. they will never respect you not even 1 percent. i don't know y oyo management not take any steps regarding this type cheating hotels

Worst experience in my life. Price is too high for that room. AC was having sounds throughout the night. Wash basin water was like a spray hitting everywhere except on my hands western toilet flush didn't work.. mid night mosquitoes were biting alot. To tell in a contradict manner, Worst is the only best word to describe this lodge.
