It's totally fake in price . I booked 650 rupees on Oyo but I was checkin they ask 1500 rupees ... Then we told ok we give 800 then also they ask 1500 ... If you booked 650 or 850 they don't care , they only care Hotel price = 1500 rupees ... They are scamming ... Couples don't go this place ...

1. Small rooms , compact space 2. Bad smell in and around the hotel space. 3. Small dirty washrooms, no cleaning. 4. TV is on wall, but wont work. 5. Over phenol wash and more humidity at rooms 6. Washroom water comes to living room.

The room is not as expected. Cons 1. Room door (125 3rd floor) is hard to open making noise. 2. Water jug is not cleaned and no cap to close the jug, glass are not clean. 3. Toilet commode is not fixed right position difficult to sit knees getting hit to wall, no gab between wall and knees while sitting. 4. Water heater is there but not working, when asked the person no proper response. 5. No soap ,shampoo and towel, i took soap and shampoo from another room booked in first floor 6. The pillow provided is rock hard not soft, had neck pain. 7. The blanket was not hot pressed after washing, i am not sure it was washed or not simply it was placed after someone vacated. 8. No lift ,the steps are bigger difficult to walk to aged people. 9. No parking, and difficult and risky to park in road due to ongoing metro rail work. 10. Room no 119 doesn't have curtain for a big Window with transparent glass.

I would have given minus 5 star rating if the option is available... I think all the positive reviews are fake ones.. This is worst Oyo hotel I've ever stayed.. bedsheets are stinking, bedbugs on extra mattress.. cockroaches here and there. Smallest room even for 2x option.. There is no parking around a km.. and lastly the most fun part is the bathroom I really don't understand how someone can sit on the toilet.. I wonder how OYO can list this hotel with the least basic amenities.. no toiletries were given until asked when check-out. pls do check the images

It is a decent room for bachelors. The bed is big and comfy. The A/C works just right. There is no Hotel Restaurant. There is no Parking space. Situated right beside the Tiruvattiyor Main Road. Walkable distance from the Tiruvattiyor Bus Stand. The rates are negotiable depending on the days of stay and number of rooms.

This is the best, decent and affordable lodge available in Thiruvotriyur. Long back we had only KGL available in TVT. Now we have few more options. Out of them this one is from the same KGL group. Rooms look average. Size wise very small. But the management does not restrict no. of people in a single occupancy. Mostly the rooms will get booked only for marriage or other functions. Therefore if you are planning to block rooms on an auspicious day, plan well in advance to avoid disappointments.

Very very disappointed this hote, rooms are not clean, area space to much low, AC not working even they are not providing Water for drinking.

Very worst experience... Before entering the room they asked full amount to be paid. At midnight some insects found in bed, when we asked for another room, hotel management wants us to put a bedsheet on the cot & stay on the same room. Don't ever visit this place.
