First Inn Hotels Chennai

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. Before booking, I confirmed with the hotel desk over the phone that early check-in would be available for an extra charge, and I followed up with my check-in and check-out details via WhatsApp. They confirmed the arrangement at a specific price. However, upon arrival, the staff insisted I pay for an additional full day due to the early check-in--completely contradicting our prior agreement. Only after showing them the WhatsApp conversation did they reluctantly honor the original price. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a proper work setup, which was a plus. However, the amenities were very poor for the price. They provided only a refilled local water bottle, which I wasn't comfortable drinking, as well as just a sachet of shampoo and a cheap soap bar--no dental kit. Breakfast was included in my booking but was never served. The hotel desk called me 15 minutes before checkout (which I missed), then claimed I had missed my breakfast. Overall, very poor communication and a lack of basic services made this stay not worth the price.

Room was good, being a 3star hotel they provided a 2 rs shampoo and 5 rs soap. Room will be cleaned only if we request. Breakfast is not included, we need to have it in nearby hotel.

Hotel room was good but services like wifi ,tv are not working and some times AC will be off automatically without our notice but they are charging full amount even though they are not providing all services which is not good Need to improve on all these

Room is decent... Don't get carried away by negative comments online... I too got very afraid after looking at comments... I don't say it's on par of 3star hotel but it is decent to stay...

Good hotel for the working process for a short stay. No restaurant within the hotel but there are plenty of food joints with 100 mtr.

It's a nice place to stay for a few days, room has basic amenities but tea is not always available. Room service is available and you can also order food from outside. Rooms are are smoker friendly if you are a smoker.

Sharing a few experiences I came across with this hotel. Room Rent: Around 3000/day 1) Leaking Health faucet. They have not even made sure everything is working fine.Pathetic maintenance 2) Found earthworm-like creatures in the bathroom twice. 3) Charged me extra for drinking water. 4) Had to wait for ironbox for 3 hours and had to iron it on a small side wall since they don't have an iron table. 5) I got trapped in the washroom since water ran out. They took more than half an hour to get it fixed which got me late for my meeting. Thanks a lot First Inn | Highly recommended!

The place is clean but has a mouldy smell when you first enter, it is an okay stay with clean bed and wash room. No complimentary breakfast / food. Attached restaurant geeras looks like a decent option for veg food. The place is located near tech park so lot of eatery options here.
