I had a truly comfortable stay at Feathers Hotel in Chennai. My flight arrived early in the morning, and despite the hotel's check-in policy starting at 12 PM, they graciously allowed me to check in around 10 AM and even treated me to a complimentary breakfast that day! ||The staff were exceptionally well-trained and courteous, making me feel welcomed right away. My room was spacious and perfectly quiet, despite being on the second floor. As someone who appreciates a touch of tradition, I was initially concerned about the bathroom's glass walls, but the option to roll down the blinds provided reassurance and privacy.||I also want to highlight the shower, which had great water flow--something I value, as I've experienced elaborate shower fixtures with disappointing pressure in other hotels. The room featured plenty of pillows and a perfectly firm mattress that left my back feeling great.||Breakfast was a highlight of my stay, offering a fantastic spread that included Indian, continental, Japanese, and Chinese dishes. Each morning was a delightful experience!||Overall, I highly recommend Feathers Hotel for anyone visiting Chennai. Whether you're looking for comfort, excellent service, or a diverse dining experience, this hotel has it all! ||I highly recommend guests dine at Sangamithirai Restaurant, which specializes in regional Tamil cuisine. When you're in Chennai, experiencing Tamilian food is a must, and this restaurant is not to be missed!

Had a wonderful stay at Feathers Hotel Chennai. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable. The staff throughout the hotel were courteous and attentive, making the entire experience seamless and relaxing. A special highlight was dining at their restaurant, Waterside. The food was outstanding with a diverse and delicious spread. I want to especially mention Pranika, the restaurant supervisor, who provided exceptional service. Her warmth, attention to detail, and professionalism truly stood out and made our dining experience memorable. Highly recommend Feathers Hotel for both business and leisure stays -- and don't miss out on a meal at Waterside!

The staff was friendly, and check-in was quick. |Breakfast was great, with a wide range of interesting alternatives, with numerous cheeses, omelettes and fresh toast, vegetables, and other states traditional breakfast dishes was excellent . |One thing that pleasantly pleased me was the amenities, with their own sanitary pads in a proper disposal covers. As a woman who has traveled much, I can't tell you how rare that is. It's a tiny yet considerate gesture, Hats off . |The accommodation was comfortable, but a little noisy, and not all requested TV channels were accessible. |Overall, the stay was comfortable and safe!

My very first interaction was with Sajisha who I believe was the manager on shift who made sure I had a super smooth check in and she was very professional ,pleasant and friendly and very good at her job . She's an asset to the company. The room was super clean and neat and quite spacious too. I highly recommend the restaurants which were an absolute delight but the highlight for me was having the paya curry for breakfast . A few notable interactions I had were with nilaxi, pranita (manager at rooftop) and anita (waitress at rooftop). All in all it was a very pleasant stay and next time I'm in Chennai I shall definitely be back. Thank you feathers.
