I had an incredible stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch. With a team of 200 staff, every single person I interacted with was warm, professional, and attentive to detail.||The check-in process was smooth, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. What stood out the most was the hospitality -- whether it was housekeeping, front desk, restaurant staff, or concierge, everyone was genuinely friendly and eager to help.||You can really tell that the hotel takes pride in delivering exceptional service. It felt like a well-coordinated team working together to make every guest feel special. There was a lot of things wrong happened here. First the service phone in the room was not working. I booked 2 rooms for 4 people and there was only one dental kit in each bathroom. Only one pair of room slippers were given for each room. No floormats were given for the toilet. There was a lot of ammenities that was not given for both the rooms and we had to call and request for it. Staffs were friendly and good but lack in a lot of training. Rooms were not cleaaned when we came back in the evening. I had called them to send in chilled complimentary water because the fridge was also warm in the room but they gave us a mineral water bottle and charged us for that. Breakfast was said to start at 6.30am and thats how we have planned the day but then as we arrived at the first floor at 6.35am food was not ready and it was ready only at 7.13am. Plans had to be pushed back due to that. Even as the first customer at the dining area, eggs and dosa that was requested took 30 minutes. There was a good variety of the food in the buffet area that caters for both veg and non veg but there were some foods that were undercooked. Food in the buffet was always run out as well. Due to unforseen circumstances I had to extend my stay but I don't think its a place I would recommend or come agin as for the Marriots brand, I expected better than this.

Great Stay with a Responsive Team! Stayed at the Marriott for four days. While the start was a bit challenging as my room preference couldn't be accommodated initially, the team turned things around within a day and provided the room of my choice. Appreciate the effort to make things right! The South Indian food could use some improvement--I shared my feedback, and to their credit, they listened and made an effort to enhance the taste. There's still room for improvement, but I appreciate their willingness to take feedback seriously and work on enhancing the guest experience. A special mention to Balaji at the front desk--his responsiveness and customer-first approach truly stood out. He ensured a smooth experience and made the stay much more pleasant. Overall, a good stay with a team that listens and strives to improve. Looking forward to seeing even better service in the future!

The breakfast is so good and their service is very impressive, the way of dealing with the person is Nice. And their only doing laundry and giving delivering it to Room, especially SUMANTH is nice guy, he is treating all of us very nicely and their Manager and laundry manager everyone is so good. If I'll come again I'll prefer fair field not only bcz of Hospitality also the people's

Marriott is always great love to give five star every single time. We do our regular workshops there, the service staff and location is amazing. One thing they can work upon is charging for all small small things... they need to recognise who are long-term partners and see the bigger picture rather than small billings.

Very good ambience and service. Food was really nice we tried only vegetarian dishes and over the weekend its good place to for lunch or dinner with family as there will be very few business travellers. Miss. Gopika and Mr. Arun really took good care of us.
