The only thing that worked well is the AC. Parking space is limited, sewage water drips in one spot. Bed linens are dirty. Breakfast is not served even if you have opted. The dining or card room as they call is dirty and kept unmanaged. They charge 5 rs extra for bisleri water bottle. TV remote was missing, it played only 1 channel. Room and bathrooms are not maintained properly. They kept a 200ml water bottle with liquid soap. towels are dirty too. Has an old time lodge feel

I booked 3 rooms for one night for guests who were coming for an event in Chennai. The service was horrible and the stay was an absolute nightmare. My guest had to leave the room in the morning before 6 to attend the event, but there was no water supply in the room, when they asked the receptionist he was very irritated because they woke him up from his sleep and he refused to switch on the motor, he said he would do it only when he feels like it. When asked for the manager's number to complain he behaved as if he were the manager and replied I do not care go ahead and complain to whoever you want. He was scarring my guest and they felt very unsafe to talk with him further. Besides that, even the rooms were worse. Eventually, they had to miss the event because of him. Please do not ever reserve your booking in this hotel EVER.

Very worst staying experience. Never recommend for any one. Water seeping inside wall from Split AC Cockroaches running from the broken wooden floor TV no channels subscribed Telephone not working. Cannot contact reception Broken Urinal Comode, lids broken Stinking smell in the room Full of uncleaned dust, will create respiratory problems for sure

I wish to give in minus. But there is no such option here. Here are the reasons 1) So arrogant behavior of the reception staff Mr. Gopi to the customers 2) Rooms are not clear, bugs and insects (some condom packets are also seen in the said cleaned room) 3) Asking for extra money to the people who comes with online booking 4) Even he is not accepting online booking 5) Also, He says that, he will not accept online payment, even after online payment he wanted us to pay in his premises once again

No proper room service. Cockroach are all around the room. Reception girl is just idle. Don't book from online apps. Money deducted with breakfast package. No breakfast provided.

Total Scam. We've booked the place and they received money but when we tried to check-in, they told that room is full. Typically, most hotels in Chennai are scam. Book some reputed stays instead of these cheap scammers. These people are completely illiterate about Fab hotels or OYO. They randomly post fake photos and availablity. Not at all safe for family.

In app it shows 1.6k But they charged 2.2k thats ok but *Room full of cockroachs. *Heavy cockroach spray smell. *Not even floor mat for restroom. *Noisy bed Totally uncomfortable. A very big looters in town

I stayed in this hotel on 29 Jan through Fabhotel online payment, and continued to next day. For the next day payment, I used the same link for the day payment and the amount was deducted from my account but hotel reception person said that they haven't received any booking or payment, then I tried on phone lot of times to connect with them for this payment issue but there was no response from their side.
