The maintenance and cleanliness of the hotel fell short of my expectations. The bed sheets, in particular, appeared worn and not freshly laundered. The hotel's online images do not accurately represent the property's current state.

I had a terrific stay at this hotel with lot of cockroaches. I went on a business trip and it was a pathetic stay. - When I checked in saw the cockroaches in the drawer. Asked them to change the room, but the other room also had cockroaches running everywhere. - Executive who helped me book the room online mentioned that there is a restaurant inside the hotel. When I asked the receptionist neither a restaurant was present nor the complimentary breakfast was provided. - This hotel is Tia Value tied up with Fab welcome inn. I complained executive via call regarding my unpleasant experience, he lethargically replied that they are doing pest control every 6 months. There was not even a single apology made from their side. - Poor hospitality. None of the housekeeping guys are trained professionals including the receptionist. Guests are not treated like guests. They act like local lodges.

The hotel receptionist was very unprofessional, Room was very dirty and bed linen was smelly . The room was full of mosquitoes and there is no food service even though they have advertised complimentary breakfast in their ad and the worst thing is that someone rang our doorbell two times which was very annoying and weird.. worst experience so far

t's a worst experience. The receptionist at the front desk is very arrogant and no need to talk or discuss anything All water tapes are filed with salts and no water is coming freely in all tapes. Difficulties in using Showers and wash basin and toilet shower Very very bad experience

I was happy for the room cleanliness and room service have quick response. I felt disappointed in the interior facilitys of ac during the turn on leaking water and not working properly. I n wash room the comod is having the fitting problem and during the morning breakfast it is not satisfied the amount paid.

My stay was very good; the rooms have no TV, which is the only problem. The washroom has a slight smell.

Bad experience with night duty receptionist. Room smelt like cigars, room was dirty and sheets and pillows had stains.
