FabHotel Vijaylakshmi Stay Inn

This cannot be a three star hotel. Room is too small. Basic hygiene is ok but not of a three star. Good location though. Set your bar low if you are booking here.

It's best suited for it's own event hall, the team and staff is very supportive Small rooms , can park about 6-10 cars so be cautious if that and being in thr main road and a T junction - parking inside is a challenge for new drivers .

First of all the rooms are too small to be charged this high. Secondly the AC of our room was not working Thirdly there are lot of mosquitos The location is too much inside. The auto/cab would take 200-300 rupees and if you are outsider even the ola Uber guys will only take you when you pay them 50-100 extra. Bedsheets and quilt were not clean. The room was too hot

My flight from Chennai got cancelled, and hence needed a hotel to stay back. I booked a room standing at the taxi-point at Chennai airport. None of the cab drivers was ready to take me to the hotel. Eventually, I cancelled the booking, did that within 10-15 minutes. Now they are denying a refund, not even ready to give a partial refund. This is absolutely misuse of a customer's helplessness. At least show some ethics.

Not upto 3 star status as mentioned Booked only because of name fab hotel But disappointed Waited outside hotel in early morning 5.30 am no one picked call no secrurity also gate is closed No restaurant available but they charged for complimentary breakfast They bring some local cheap breakfast It's actually a marriage hall with rooms not a proper hotel

I stayed two nights when I got stranded in Chennai with a cyclone. We left at 5am and I forgot my phone charger. When I contacted them first and asked whether they could send it to Delhi at my personal cost, they kindly agreed. Since then nobody sent anything, nobody responds to my calls or messages, they hanged up on me. I know it's asking a favour to send my charger, but why ignoring me like this? It's rude and leaves a very bad impression of the place.

There were lots of mosquitoes in the room. Mosquito repellent electric device was plugged in but did not help at all. Could not sleep the entire night.

Excellent room service and staff must visit the Hotel to stayy for family
