FabHotel Sri Krishna Residency - Hotel Near Chennai International Airport

Though rooms are good but the facilities provides by other fab hotels not there. No hot water available, the looks like bed queen size, rather king size for couples. It should be separate bed for persons coming business purpose.

Got to our room to find the AC unit dripping beside one of the beds, the bathroom sink leaking, stains on the sheets and a cockroach crawling on one of the beds. When we asked about the leaking AC unit, they sent someone with a mop to wipe up the water on the floor and put an old rag down. Hardly what I'd expect as service. Staff didn't seem phased when we mentioned the cockroach either. It's no wonder the hotel asks that you send advance payment. Nobody would pay for a stay here if they saw the rooms first. Ended up having to immediately find accommodation elsewhere making for a very late and stressful first night in Chennai.

Should be called a hostel, not hotel. Bedsheets were stained with hair over them as well. Cockroaches in the room, a/c unit leaking like a tap dripping over the bed, the bathroom sink also leaking fully as if there is no proper pipe at all. To clean up the leak from a/c unit, they brought a mop and left a wet cloth on the floor, meanwhile a/c continued to drip. We checked in and left within a couple hours. No way we could sleep there. Would not recommend at all.

I booked this place for just 6hrs ended by staying 3 hours but paid for 24hrs. No dental kit, no shampoo were given. But yes, for a quick stay decent spacious room, decent cleanliness of bathroom. You can visit this place. Close to airport is the only reason for my stay! I was transiting and so booked rooms here. Good thing is, you pay 10% for booking and confirmation. Early checkin costs 150/ per hour.

The ac is not working properly. Although the ac is in thr working condition. This is room number 102. Also, the exhaust is not working. Take care properly if you are looking at repeat customers. Yours in search of maintenence. Sriram Srinivasan Falcon Media Enterprise

Air conditioning was not effective at all. A huge blanket that is so think that will work for deep winter provided, that cannot be used in summer here. Staff very unsupportive.

First a big Thank you! to Veera Mani in the reception for being very helpful with arranging taxis and other needed help. The room felt somehow unfresh, may be because they try to hide bad smell with spray. Very noisy in the corridors my first night, but second night silent. Not free airport transport as told in their information. Totally the hotel is ok for short stays.

Very good service but I stayed in room no.102 that AC was not giving cooling effect nicely , gives out little cold even tho we keep it in High Chill(HC) mode.
