Rooms infested with cockroach, lots of Mosquito. No pest control is done. Rooms hardly have any light, they are moist gloomy and stinking. Bed sheets are stained and not changed daily. Towels are not changed and they are dirtier than Floor mops. No breakfast facility, despite booking rooms including breakfast it was denied to me. Blankets were stinking like dog.

When we reached reception asking for an extra charge of 600 rupees, as I told him we booked online but no response. I have cancelled and still not receiving booking Amounts.

Very worst service given by the person in the reception. Fab hotel is giving a amount in online but in offline they are asking for extra amount and demanding us to cancel the online booking and made it cancel without my knowledge. If taking that room prefer to go directly not in online.

Worst experience ever. Rooms were unhygienic and services were too late. I recommend NOT to book any rooms via FAB HOTELS. Their pics are untrue. We asked for a refund once we realized these stuffs, but they did not help us. A bad stay overall.

Location of the hotel was wrong both in Fabexpress WhatsApp message and Google too. Hotel management is irresponsible even after multiple customer complaints. Water Droplets dripping from Ac No Water Bottle given Fan regulator removed...Full speed. Very inconvenient. Ac remote not provided and is set by hotel staff...customer can't change it. Very veryb small room...claustrophobic Lift not working Very bad experience overall.

Good hotel for family stay staffs were friendly

They charge you more than what's suppose to be paid, overpriced to what service is offered. Never book a room here please keep it as very last option when there're no hotels in Chennai.

Don't book online. Due to low offer online prices, they don't allot you the room. They give you excuse of electrical issue in the hotel. They make unnecessary arguments and ask you to complaint to your service provider. i don't know how they respond offline.
