FabHotel Nest Inn Service Apartment

First of all this is not a hotel. It's a service apartment with no name board, reception, restaurant/kitchen, geyser, toiletries, landline, or anything else! A house has been used as a service apartment. Pillows and AC remote are given after asking. Have to bathe in cold water. Used bedsheets and pillow covers. Mobile number doesn't work. Just a sink and mirror in the bathroom without any shampoos, towels or soaps. No table anywhere to put items. No water to drink. Broken handles. Dirty cupboards. And location is very remote. Worst worst experience for the money they charge. Also the total amount is prepaid. Fab hotels is just tying up with third party hotels and have no hotel of their own. The lady on the toll-free number will promise all services and later won't respond to your complaints. Don't take their services ever of you will regret. They will misguide with their online photos and corporate communication

I stayed for 2 days from 22 July to 24th July. When I was coming to check in they provided the number that is never reachable. I reached the hotel around 7 o'clock in the morning with my parents the receptionist Mr. Azar was sleeping in one of the rooms. I asked for early check-in and he said it would be on a chargeable basis of 1000+ so I paid the full amount. After i went into the room there were so many mosquitoes The room condition was pathetic. From 7-9:30 am I had 2 rooms because water was not coming. After that Ms. Saranya Came said ma'am will shift your room. And that room is big for 3 pax I also will provide the extra bed. When I reached the room only room size was big from the last 2 rooms The rest of the room condition is the same mosquito and hygiene is 0. For an extra bed I asked in the evening they said it's not available. I was okay but please provide me the matters they said No ma'am se can't we have one matters that my manager Mr. Azar will sleep in it. And when I said I am going to complain for the same they sent me only Duvet cover without pillow and can you imagine on duvet cover how you can sleep. The next day at 9 am the electricity got cut and they said it'll come at 5 pm. No water was in the room as their water tank was not full. I want an apology from OYO.This was such an uncomfortable horrible stay. I'm attaching the picture to see it.

I can't explain about the hotel wheather it is Fabhotel Nest in or Tranquil Nest or Oyo Geetham Nest or something else. Not possitive response from hotel manager and the most important full of mosquito inside room, dirty bathroom, dirty bedsheet and room walls. I don't know how he get good ratings in online. I suggest to people please don't pay in advance if you go for this otherwise it will be a big headache. Also no feedback from fabhotel customer care when I call them. As per my opinion Fabhotel and Oyo hotels are same. You can't trust them.

Rooms are clean and hygiene. Bathroom is clean too but the faucets need to serviced as the water flow was less. Location was little difficult to find as it is located inside from main road. Overall I would suggest this place for family and solo travellers and others as well.

Very hectic experience... there is no harma residency but fabexpress showed the location and took money ....and irritated with whole matter of calls and adjustments at the time of check-in.

Worst staff seriously so careless. The way they respond while checkin is worst ....any discomforts they will ask u to call and talk to coustomer care ... seriously I never visited so worst staff .

Very worst service they never wash the bed sheet full of sweet smell manager behaviour is so rude
