FabHotel Krystal Hotel in Valasaravakkam

The location is nice but a bit away from the shops. The AC works well, and the room is spacious enough for a family of 3 adults and 2 kids. Unfortunately, the room service was disappointing. We arrived at 1:30 PM, but the room, which was supposed to be ready by 12, wasn't prepared. We had to ask for everything and wait a long time. The cot was broken but had been temporarily adjusted by covering the bed, and the door had fungus on it, which wasn't cleaned. Overall, the experience wasn't ideal, but I managed to make it work for our one-day stay with the family.

Super Frauds. I booked through Expedia and when I went there, they claim to have never even put it up on expedia. I showed them that they are listed on all sites including google as Fabhotel, they just plainly denied. There were a couple of others with the same issue fighting for rooms on the same night. The owners never picked the phone and left the little guy at the reception handle us. We all had to leave without a solution and find other accomodation. I am yet to be re-imbursed after multiple complaints. Pathetic that expedia and such sites dont do a verification of who they are supporting on their sites.

It has been a very pleasurable experience at your hotel. We had recently visited this lovely hotel and had a wonderful overall experience. The location is breath-taking with a great view.
