FabHotel Grand Palace

I have recently visited this hotel and stayed there with my family for 2 days. The stay was very pleasant with absolutely comfortable rooms and services they provided. Food was yumm as usual and their newly decorated restobar is too great to hang out with friends. The staff were very courteous. Defenitely will visit again for a comfortable getaway.

Extremely Disappointing Stay I have never experienced such a terrible stay in my entire life. We were a group of three, and from the moment we arrived, everything went wrong. The housekeeping was absolutely horrible. The room was not cleaned properly, and the bathroom was equally neglected. The A/C in our room wasn't working, and despite multiple complaints, nothing was done to fix it. We were offered a room change, but the new room came with an even worse issue--a very bad odor and unpleasant smell that made it even more unbearable. To add to the misery, the mattress they provided was very old and extremely dirty. It was uncomfortable and seemed like it hadn't been replaced in years. On top of that, the intercom in the room wasn't working, which made communication with the front desk even more difficult. We stayed for three days, and not once did they provide a bottle of water, which should be a basic amenity. The room was never cleaned, and the bathroom was in the same unkempt state throughout our entire stay. Considering the high tariff of 5,250, this experience was incredibly disappointing. For 2,000, I would have had a much better experience staying at an OYO room with far better service, cleanliness, and amenities. I strongly recommend not staying at this hotel, as the quality and service simply do not match the price

We had a great experience at the hotel, thanks to the excellent service. Nadeem, our front desk staff, was particularly impressed with his friendly and caring demeanor. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the overall service was top-notch.

Really very good hospitality but the reception staffs Miss. Mangai. She has given us really good services and very cooperative. I had left few of my things in the room and she has taken personal interest to return back to us after the check out. And also helped us with some guidance as we are new to the city. Thank you very much

Worst Hotel ever. I have stayed at many hotels before but this is the first time I had to pay almost 1000 for using a towel. I would give it a 0 stars if I had an options. They find dumb excuses to get extra money from you. I had to check out early due to some emergency and they wasted my time for this stuff. First they call to check the room which takes so long and they find a excuse if they can for some extra money in my case , a godamn Towel. Then they brought the towel down and showed me a very light and small spot of a lipstick because of face wiping and they demanded almost 1000 for it and it was not written anywhere. I have recommended all the people I know to never go here. And I do the same here. They wasted around 30 mins of my time just for this crap. They try and intimidate you if you question then about it .

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The rooms were not clean, and the washrooms were extremely dirty, which made my stay very uncomfortable. The breakfast buffet was another letdown. There were very few items available, and it seemed poorly organized--basic things like serving spoons were missing. The options were limited to just 5-6 items, mainly South Indian cuisine, which is far below what you'd expect for the price they are charging. They advertise themselves as a 3-star hotel, but the service and amenities do not even come close. I strongly advise against booking this hotel--it's simply not worth the money.

I have recently visited Chennai for the office work and stayed in this hotel. The hotel is in a prime location, just 20 mins from the airport. The room was spacious and comfortable. I have loved the wide variety of the food options and the convenient check-in/check-out process. Overall I would love to visit again

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. Not only was the service poor and unprofessional, but they also demanded an extra Rs. 3000 at check-out for no clear reason -- and refused to provide a bill or receipt for the amount. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam.
