This booking is a scam. I booked the hotel and got confirmation. After few days they asked to pay advance amount. I paid that too. Once I reach hotel they told it's on maintenance mode. You need to move to a different hotel which is 30'min away from this place and airport. I can clearly see availability in that hotel at that time also. They asked us to move to a diff hotel. And it was a dirty place. Floor was sticking. Bathroom was stinking. I check the hotel price which I had to stay. It was half the price of Orginal hotel and they charged the Orginal amount. I will not recommend this place. It's a scam. Don't fall for this place.

I check in to this hotel yesterday (I.e 14 April 23) for one night only. I was here since nearest to my exam centre at Tambaram this hotel looks good on internet. |When I reach to check in the staff was very lazy and I think in sleep mode even at 5pm. Finally I got my room around 5.45pm. Room No 102 ground floor. When I entered in room, room looks good for a single person. But found that|1. No network in my phone (I have Jio, Vi and BSNL) all three dead. Network issue in this hotel|2. No toiletries (even no hand wash) when I asked that boy said nothing is there since it's occupied |3. No tea maker|4. No water bottles (I purchased my own)|5. Very poor Wi-Fi|6. Room is just 10x9 size fit for single only.|7. Dirty washroom with smell.||Very slow response. I booked this hotel by FabHotels customer care and they took Rs 2012 for one night with breakfast.

Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff are good, well behaved and decent. Rest rooms well maintained. Rooms are small. Bed linens need change,as they are old and bit soiled. Otherwise a pleasant stay with all my family members. Also the location is good.

Worst service by management. Atleast basic toiletries kit were not provided and drinking water also. Billing was done incorrectly for water bottles for which I didn't take. I tried explaining them but they didn't listen. Before booking the room, when I called to the customer care of fab hotels they told a vague answer that you will be charged Rs 300/- per room for early check-in. But when I reached hotel by 8am(actual check in is 12pm) they said it is Rs 200/- per hour so I ended up paying Rs 800/- extra. I called to the customer care and they told that we will check the call recordings and it will be escalated to higher authorities and we shall revert back in 24 hrs. It's been 48 hrs by now and I didn't get any response. I was literally disappointed with this hotel.

An average ac hotel. Rooms are clean but average. Its comparatively smaller than other hotels. Theres tv, wifi, air conditioning. Only 3x1L bottles of mineral water per day. Extra water bottles costs extra. Inhouse, they have vegetarian food only. Their wifi is bad, connectivity issues. Their tea, coffee,black tea are perfect. Room service is good. There is a supermarket next to the hotel(600ish meters) and there are various restaurants just 1 km away.

Booked through fab hotel app and paid. Receptionist denied booking and first told me that they've been not in tie up with fab hotel any more and all rooms are booked. Then 2 rooms are there but with higher tariff. Simply because they need more money. Not recommended

The rooms are very good . Very neat and clean . The service staff is very good but the reception staff has problems . I think they are students doing part time job . Food is a problem specially lunch as they don't have restaurant. But who needs a restaurant when you have wonderful rooms to stay and relax . You can order food online .
