Very Good Service, Room was well maintained with Good AC and other amenities. Breakfast was also good.

Overall a below average experience. We did not like the breakfast at all also our booking was confirmed already, but payment needs to be made at the hotel because I booked via pay at hotel options during check-in. So it was cancelled via booking.com I don't know how! Anyways I had to pay extra. Overall very ok to below average hotel and one of the worst breakfast we have had!

It is not a reliable hotel. Don't depend on their pick up service. They start from the hotel only once the guest comes out of the airport gate and the roads are so bad that it takes a lot of time for the 'FREE' airport pick up to arrive. They use a badly maintained Maruti Omni for pick up. Also, food is very less in quantity. And I was very surprised how my review in Booking.com was posted even when I had not posted anything.

Yesterday midnight(4 September 2024) I went to check in with my wife, but the receptionist casually said no rooms were available. He said my booking was cancelled, but I didn't even receive any mail for that. I'm really very disappointed because at night it's difficult to find a new hotel. Totally not recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast is delicious and fresh. The beds weren't very comfortable, but we survived. Very quiet, didn't hear any noises at all. Wifi was intermittent but we were in the furthest room from the router. It worked well out in the hall. AC and fans were very nice!!

If I could leave less I would. They lost themselves as a hotel with free airport pickup and drop off but it is impossible to arrange for the pickup by phone. When I arrived at the hotel (by my own expense) I was instantly told to pay. I paid then was taken to a room which was not the same as the one for which I paid. While I was asking them to move me to the correct room my partner noticed there was a bedbug in the bed and blood on the bedsheets. This was just the start. From that moment on we wanted to simply get a refund and move on but the hotel refused. The hotel staff refused to call their manager and refused to communicate with us beyond saying they will change the bedding. When I finally managed to take the number of their manager and called him myself he was rude and insulting. He simply swore down the phone at me and denied that the hotel was even on the website which I used to book the room. Ultimately my partner and I had to simply leave the hotel and are spending a night in the airport.

Terrible rooms. They are 10feet by 10feet Bed size small enough to accommodate 2 kids. Reception staff understands only Tamil and no other language They served us breakfast directly to our room without informing us about the time Room air conditioning barely works at a set temperature only Loads of other problems for this FAB less hotel In short AVOID this place

Food quality was very bad. No TV channels were available in the rooms. They have not done the recharge. Wifi was not up to the mark. It was very slow and maximum time wasn't even available. Hotel staff were unable to make it correct.
