I read a comments ( a customer writing they are asking additional RS: 500 Above on property ) I faced as well the same issue and I paid ( have no choice) Hopefully On my next booking I won't pay additional amount plss I paid full amount in advance and My reserved room not ready And I got another room These things need to improve These we feel disappointed Good staffs Special thanks to ms. The delicious food added an extra layer of enjoyment .It's a great spot for hanging out with friends and family and having a good time. The ambiance was lively and welcoming, making it perfect for socializing. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it for anyone looking to have a good time with friends.

Not a believable place. While the booking was confirmed by Fab Hotel, they denied to give rooms putting us in last min hurdle for alternatives. Pathetic

The staff was incredibly friendly, humble, and kind. The aura of the place is truly welcoming and soothing. The hotel's architecture is stunning, and the rooms are spacious and well-maintained. Cleanliness standards are top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and comfortable stay.

Good hospitality and very well mannered staff

Location- its just another standlone apartment along with residencial area, tightly packed. Had to pay 1.5k per night, felt not worth as the flush wasnt working properly. And water from taps were all yellow in color, even after waiting sooo lomg, the color was the same

It's not fab hotel, it's some other hotel run by fab team. The rooms are dirty, service is worst, charges are huge. I paid 5000 rupees for 1 night which is not at all worth. Fab hotel also heading quick to become Oyo.
