I Booked room in this hotel in January 2025. I had a very bad experience. I booked the room via bookings.com for 5 days / nights for a price of Rs. 3298. I have the invoice as well. When I reached the hotel the receptionist said that he cannot give room for the amount which i booked even though I have bill / invoice. He conveyed he did not accept the booking via bookigs.com portal for this amount and room cannot be given for 5 days continuously. He asked me for extra money, rather he asked me to pay Rs. 1300 per day for the room. I was forced to pay the same as I did not have any other option. Also there is no good hotels in that area. They will cancel the booking which we made via portals once we make payments in order to show that we did not check-in as per the schedule, hence they need not pay commission to portals as well. They are trying to attract customers and make them book by showing low price in portals and loot money once they reach hotel. Most will be forced to pay as its not practically possible to find a room in the last minute and there is no good hotels near by. The staff there is trained and prepared to cheat and they are doing this with the support of owner. The room is very bad or pathetic. Its very old and dirty. Bathroom always had smell of cigarette. I tried reaching customer care of bookings.com, but it was not reachable over call and chat. I still did not get any reply even after 2 months. Also note, they have good reviews in bookings.com / agoda.com / goibibo / makemytrip.com etc. But all are fake. Please check google reviews to find out reality. Please do not book room here.

Denied room at 12 o clock midnight. Booked through agoda, there is no phone number to call them on google maps, also they have not provided any mobile number on agoda, they won't call you for confirmation. They won't reserve any rooms. Don't book rooms here through online, you are not going to get any rooms

Very bad service, no hot water, no blanket, rooms are not cleaned,

Here rooms r shown gud in pictures bt the room they gave me is very unworthy for the money I paid like abt 1400 for AC, bathroom was very dirty , shower is not working, patches r der everywhr, TV was not der, there is even no dustbin...worst thing ever happened, I would never like to go der rather than that receptionist was gud... I rqst u to maintain properly..

Can you double check location, it doesn't seem like it is correct. I travelled 14km to reach this place, turns out there is no fab hotels here at all. that building itself is not there, may be some mistake with location, else why would so many people drop a review. But I got scammed so leaving one star.
