FabExpress Town Space Apartment - Hotel in Porur, Chennai

I went to stay here for a family wedding, they given the entire apartment for 4 adults. The rooms are spacious and service by the staff Mr. Hasim was very good. I would recommend for family travellers as it very safe place to stay.

I loved the stay here. we came with our family for this vacation, This is the best place among any other in this location... The place is quite neat and clean.

Comfortable stay for good gatherings and get to gether, I went with my friends for a 1 week stay to attend the conference at trade centre. We all enjoyed the hospitality. Care taker Mr. Hasim was good. Host Mr. Madhan Raj was helping us in all our queries.

Mr.Madhan and Mr Guru were great hosts. Was reffered by a friend to this place. I came to conduct a exhibition in Nandambakam trade center. This place was close to the trade center and was maintained well. They have full time care takers and a manager present at the property. All were very helpful.

Having booked my stay well in advance through Fabhotels Directly and receiving confirmation at Fabexpress, 13, Jothi nagar, moulivakkam, Porur, Chennai Tamil Nadu 600125, I was incredibly disappointed to be turned away upon arrival at this hotel. The staff informed me that they were unable to accommodate me despite the confirmed reservation. This left me scrambling for alternative accommodations, significantly impacting my trip plans. This incident highlights a major concern with the hotel's booking system. If confirmed bookings can be rejected at check-in, it renders the entire pre-booking process unreliable. This lack of coordination between the hotel and Fabhotels creates a frustrating situation for guests who rely on confirmed reservations.

No1 fraud owner taking money extra not providing proper GST bill after many calls not responding please don't take rooms. is too bad smell. Even you don't get any service free. It is too hard night. 3 o'clock also, cleaning sounds be coming cheater my recent experience 15/2/2025 please cancel all booking no safety here

I will rate this apartment poorly because of the below reason. 1. Reception people were friendly in person and they will quote some amount. 2. Check the same in Online through Fabhotels or any other Mediator, you can see lesser amounts. I enquired, can I book through online . The response was like " You can book sir but when you book online we are not getting any commission. So, if I get any bookings in person, I will cancel ur booking and allot room for the people who pay commission". So, basically u need to pay some commission and you have to do this in person to get your rooms. Totally not worth it. Just travel 2-3 kms. You will get hotels in porur vicinity.

Worst hotel I been there couple times it's feel nice but I thought working staff are worst they didn't even know nothing there around 18 I think and especially in night around 2.30 they are running the washing machine I can't even sleep there really they need to improve staff behaviour and i also recharge the dth with my own that promised to be returned
