Rooms was so ugly an dirty taps were leaking rooms service person was full of gutkas in mouth ac was not working properly an the blankets an pillows was very dirty totally i was so disappointed about the room I will never prefer to any of them . especially morning they have served us breakfast . serviing person did not washed his face .

WORST hotel and experience so far witnessed! The hotel rooms showed at the time of visit and given were different and were pathetic. Not cleaned properly and you could see cockroaches running around, bed bugs crawling. When complained about it the person in charge said that's how it will be what can I do! Had to change my rooms overnight to another hotel to avoid this horrible experience. Don't go for it. Never!

Rooms are spacious & courteous staff. There are lot of mosquitoes which will not allow you to sleep in the night better you carry your own Mosquito coil. Cleaning is OK, but bedsheets, bedspreads & towel they wash whenever they want. Hotel is under renovation & they may improve services after renovation works. I'll update my review after visiting next time.

This hotel is a fraud. They appear with different photos, different name and different location on MakeMyTrip. No service, smelly and unclean rooms. Cocroaches in rooms, cheap management has kept the AC water overflow pipe in bathroom, so always wet tiles in there. Book somewhere else, don't waste your money here.

Very worst. No warm water to bath. No proper hygiene maintained in toilet. Rooms are stinky and all corners are webs. Full of mosquitos. Not worthy for 1700+12% GST. Don't ever go near this lodge. You can better book railway station room.

I had a fantastic experience during my recent stay at Hotel Le Royal Inn. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, and the staff's warm and attentive service truly made me feel welcome. The hotel's convenient location allowed easy access to [Vr mall and koyambedu bus stop and nearby more hospitals also there for emergency]. While I did encounter a minor issue with [water], the staff promptly resolved it and ensured my stay remained enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend [Le Royal Inn] for its excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and prime location

Very nicely located near to restaurants, shops, friendly staff. Flexible and available to help all the time. Highly recommended... Mr. Vignesh was supporting us a lot

The manager and owner is not co-operative . They did not provide any room service , even they may ask price for complimentary water as I have paid to avoid hassle . The place is very much nearby MMM ( The Madras Medical Mission). You might not find the place if you search for Diamond Tower . For help it's just the same building of @ Ganga Sweets
