*1/5 - Disappointing Stay at Hotel O Harma Residency* I recently had the misfortune of staying at Hotel O Harma Residency, and I must say that it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. Despite its promising location near Jazz Cinemas Luxe, the hotel fell short in almost every aspect. Firstly, the room neatness was not maintained, with dust and dirt visible in every corner. The bed sheets and curtains were stinky, which made it uncomfortable to sleep or even sit in the room. To make matters worse, there were no toiletries provided, not even handwash, which is a basic necessity in any hotel. The ceiling of the room was not concrete, but rather a sheet, which made the room feel suffocating and claustrophobic. The lack of ventilation and fresh air made it difficult to breathe, and I found myself feeling uneasy and uncomfortable throughout my stay. When I tried to bring these issues to the attention of the management, I was met with complete indifference and a lack of response. It seemed like they were not interested in addressing my concerns or providing any kind of customer service. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families with kids. The environment is not suitable for children, and the lack of amenities and services makes it a poor choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. The hotel's amenities, as listed on Agoda and other booking platforms, are completely exaggerated and fake. The photos they posted are edited and do not reflect the true state of the hotel. There is no car parking available, and the staff is not friendly or helpful in any way. Overall, my stay at Hotel O Harma Residency was a disaster, and I would not recommend it to anyone. Warning: Be cautious when booking this hotel through online service providers. They may list their property on websites like Agoda, accepting full payment upfront. However, upon arrival, they may demand additional payment during check-in and exhibit poor customer service.

No proper maintenance, broken taps and no hot water. TV remote is broken couldn't use TV. They din't even provide water in the room to drink.

My daughter had sports compition in Velcaherry so we booked Herma residency ( on 14thOct '24 ) by trusting at pictures displayed on booking site, but those pics were 4 to 5 yrs before when property was new. Now the property is shabilly maintianed and unheygenic. Except hot water for bath npthing was offered, no soaps , no drinking water, no towels . Even floor of the rooms were not brommed. Bedsheets and lines were just tucked in it was sure that since ages it was not washed. Insects were there which bit in the night. Ac were not at all funtioning properly moriver in the night power went off so no fan , no ac no light they ask us ti shift at othe room but even that condiction was same . Booking sites should check on the basic criteria before promoting such hotel who are shame for residency business. Please black list them.

Don't be fooled by rating on oyo! No way the property comes close to the pictures on websites at all. The guy over the reception is futile, refused to attend phone when oyo support tried to solve the issue. Had to leave the property within half an hour of checking in. Lesson learnt:- always go through Google reviews before booking , never blindly trust online pictures and description.

I was a victim of the OYO scams where they charge one amount while booking but you will be asked to pay extra at the time of check-in. I was stranded in the middle of the night along with my parents because the property refused to let us in despite paying full fare because they demanded extra amount which we were not ready to pay. OYO Customer care is also unable to do anything here. Absolutely worthless. The customer care executive would remove the excess amount but the property manager would add it back. On top of all this the property owner dares us to prove this is a scam. Edit: Looking at other reviews, I am glad that I decided against paying extra. Because the people who actually stayed at the property have nothing but worse experiences to share

If I had a choice I would rate it minus stars... Worst oyo i had ever stayed. Such a lier. Zero cleanliness, zero respect, zero customer care, toren bed sheets, dirty every where, dirty curtain, room smells horrible, no basic drinking water,ac not working, heater not working. He mention in google everything is false facilities. He accepts all booking and when the customer comes he says no rooms and no refund. Yuck I feel like vommiting thinking about the room. Very rude to customers. I wouldn't recommend for anyone. 1200 direct booking but photos all shown are fake. Photo option for review was blocked so no one will know the real state of the room...

I will never book any OYO room ever again!
