FabExpress B Zone - Hotel in Nungambakkam, Chennai

I have checked in on 06-Feb-2025. The whole hotel and rooms are not at all as shown in the pictures. Rooms are really small and not at all as hygienic as shown in the images. You can find hairs all over the bed and everywhere in the room. Better to stay away from this hotel.

Location is the only thing which is good. The hotel was deserted and lacked cleanliness in all aspects. When i checked in into a room, i saw a mice running around. I asked them to change the room. The other room had cockroaches all over the room. When i told them, they said they can put spray in the room. Even the room was claustrophobic to an extent that without getting refund i just left the hotel without arguing and booked another hotel near by. To conclude put some more money and book any another hotel. I ended up going to Park Elanza which was 2 mins walk from this hotel. It was way better.

Very good place for those coming for short visit or visa stamping . They even allowed late checkout as my bus got delayed . Appreciated the complimentary breakfast , that was delicious. Thanks again for the nice stay.

I booked this hotel via bookings.com First and foremost this is not a 3 star hotel. Rooms were very bad, they have a smell and cockroaches in the bathrooms. They don't have any Cafe or Cafeteria. Very bad experience all together. I don't recommend this place.

Finding FabExpress can be tricky as it's not clearly marked, but Google Maps will guide you. Ideal budget option for a short stay in Nungambakkam, especially for visa appointments. Rooms are small but reasonable for the price. Good service, but not recommended for families of 3 or more.

The room condition was very poor. The bed linen were dirty. No cable connection was there at the TV. The only good thing about the property is its location

I booked 4 nights amount fully paid in advance But I can't able to come on first day because of flight mistake. But you were not adjusting and take one day charge without staying. All hotels are adjusting.

Room size is very compact, service is excellent. Location is very near to the US biometrics 500 mts walk. Breakfast was good.
