FabExpress Arunachala Guest House - Hotel in Kodambakkam

One of the worst experience Upon arrival, I noticed that the hotel was in a state of neglect, with no proper upkeep of the premises. The room lacked essential items such as a bedsheet and a functioning television, making the stay extremely uncomfortable. Additionally, the overall cleanliness and service were below expected standards. Do not trust fab hotel,

It was a terrible experience. Fab Hotel assured us that they could guarantee an early check-in, but when we arrived, the hotel staff claimed they had received no such information from Fab Hotels. They also told us no rooms were available and suggested we contact Fab Hotels to change our booking. When I tried calling the representative, he didn't answer or respond, despite previously promising to handle everything. After a long discussion, they finally gave us a room, but it was filthy--there was no bedsheet, and the bathroom flush wasn't working. It was a complete waste of time and money, with zero maintenance. Don't trust Fab Hotels representatives.

Good hotel with inadequate ventilation; I booked an AC room on the Fab Hotel website, but they provide me a non-AC room with insufficient ventilation (no windows), and the fan was working slowly; they charged me more for AC lodging. Even the tap water is running slowly. The room is pitch dark when we turn out the lights, and there is no night bulb. It is not recommended for a family stay. Poor customer care support.

Rooms are just ok.. not a very clean room, bed sheets are dirty, even they do not provide us blenket. No door lock in the bathroom, and the room service is worst. After calling 6-7 times they do not give us bedsheets and pillows. No dustbin in rooms. The hotel location is good. The price is also good.

I visited Chennai for interview purpose, I booked this Hotel via Fabexpress. Let me sharey honest review. Rooms - 1/5 Not pleasent smell and water is dirty. Reception - 2/5 I was asking them to check the TV in my room but no response. Location - 4/5 Good location Price - 3/5 Price is OK, If the management routinely keeps the rooms and water clean it would be worth staying there. Do I recommend or suggest this hotel for stay, absolutely NO.

There are rooms where there is no exhaust fans and windows. No circulation of air. How one could construct hotel without window and exhaust fan. No towel was provided. Heater was not working as well. Bed clothes were dirty. I just wanted to get out of it, but did check in late and no choice otherthan to stay.

The hotel is a BIG NO . Filled with room of drunkards with bottles all around the place . Very unruly reception and room staff . They don't even provide basic room facilities like towel , soap , water Even after requesting twice they said all the towels have gone for washing Poorly maintained rooms. The bed sheets are all stained and very dirty Kindly don't choose this place unless you're a bachelor and not family/couple

They have not maintained it properly. Worst rooms. When I entered in to the room. Full of smoke smell. I report to them but they not turned up. Bathrooms not properly maintained . I disappointed.
