Esakki Empire

We had a wonderful stay at Essaki Emprise from the 16th to the 22nd of April, staying in Room No: 304. The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient and close to all essential amenities. The premises are newly constructed, and the freshness and cleanliness are truly commendable--everything was well-kept, neat, and tidy throughout our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and we would especially like to mention Mr. Nazer, who was extremely helpful and cooperative. He showed great patience, listened to all our requests, and ensured they were fulfilled to our satisfaction. We are already looking forward to visiting again and definitely plan to stay at Essaki Emprise on our next trip. Wishing the entire team continued success!

Me and friend got an upgraded room which was suite. The room was very very nice with bathtub. The staff at reception was very polite and accommodating with late check out and we didn't have rush to check out by 11 which is the best part about this property. I would surely recommend and come again and hoping the service and cleanliness maintained.

The room was decent, clean and impressive. The washroom is well maintained. The overall building is maintained so well. Staffs behaved well at the time of check-in and check out. This place can accommodate 4cars for parking in the entrance. Wifi and TV facility was working fine...which helped us to time pass with entertainment.

Worst Experience Unethical Pricing & Poor Service We had a terrible experience staying at Esakki Empire. After booking the room, the hotel management unfairly increased the price, which is highly unprofessional. The receptionist was extremely rude and lacked basic customer service skills. To make matters worse, he called us at 7 AM, insisting that we move our car just to accommodate a new guest. This was completely unreasonable, especially when we were already tired from our journey. Such unethical practices and poor service should change. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free stay. This version keeps your feedback direct, polite, and impactful while making it clear why others should be cautious. Let me know if you'd like any changes!

I stayed at essaki for about 14 days in wich it started feeling like home to me because of the kindness and hospitality the team here had given me, from reception to room service to cab escort to security they made my stay in Chennai incredible and unforgettable. I will definitely be choosing this as the hotel for my next stay in Chennai as well and recommend the place to anyone travelling to Chennai for medical, tourism, business or study purpose. As the place is quiet and peaceful at all times, giving you a luxurious and safe feeling as well as a team at your service that makes you feel like family is always around to help you with anything you need. It is located near MGR central railway station. The hotel is neat and clean. The staff are polite. The only issue was water leakage in the faucets. A standard room is a basic room without a sitting chair and queen size bed(good for 3 people only). No restaurant. Food should be ordered via an online platform. Nearby hotels are good for breakfast only. For Lunch you must go to Dovetown hotel which is 3 km far. Better place to stay in the medium budget.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the staff during my recent stay at Esakki Empire. Despite your explicit assurance of flexible check-in and check-out times when I booked directly, the staff rigidly adhered to a strict 24-hour policy. To make matters worse, this was my first visit to Chennai, and I was still getting accustomed to the city. The staff's rush to have me check out was not only unwelcoming but also added to my stress. I have stayed at numerous hotels and resorts, and it's common practice for establishments to offer extended stay times, especially for first-time visitors.I was only granted an additional 30 minutes after pleading with them. What's even more surprising is that the same staff member who was rushing me to check out was also the one who approached me in the morning with a smile, asking if I had a pleasant stay. This contradictory behavior left a sour taste in my mouth.
