I've been to a few hostels in Chennai and from now on I'm always coming back to this one :) clean and cosy, Magesh & the staff are great! It's close to the city centre but also on a quiet street. (Plus there is a tasty local place round the corner for biryani, in case you're arriving in the evening). Highly recommend!!

Great place for your stay in Chennai. The rooms are clean and the rooftop is sweet to hang out. The people who run this place are incredibly helpful, their support in everything was really welcome. Especially if its youre first visit in India. Would totally recommend staying :)

I had a great experience staying here during my trip to Chennai. The rooms were clean, and the common areas were great for relaxing and hanging out with other travellers. Location is very good as it is near several stores and good restaurants. Neighborhood is also not too loud/crowed so it is easy to walk around and explore. Most importantly, it is only a few minute walk from a metro station which makes getting around Chennai very easy. Main highlight for me were the staff, who were very accommodating and went above and beyond to help me multiple times. The manager was also always available to answer any questions and was very kind. I would highly recommend this hostel.

Good place to stay in. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, and they even help you getting around in Chennai. The location next to Metro is very nice and it is not so far away from the main Trainstations. Only problem i had is that in the lobby there were a lot Mosquitos. But overall really good place.

I had a nice stay at Elements Hostel. The hostel staff are very kind. Magesh was very accommodating with my booking and room arrangements, and helpful with restaurant recommendations - he was the kindest hostel staff member I have ever met. I felt welcome and at home, especially as a female solo traveller. The hostel is very close to a train station which has a 30 min train to the airport.

USP is definitely the warm welcome by Arun & Mahesh . Lovely people. Felt very safe and cared for by these genuine souls. Thank you so much . The name has got to do with the 5 elements that make up our world ....panchabutas in our language . I love such trivia :) Location : very near major hospitals . Well paved roads . Main road and Shortcut available too. EATERIES : Plethora of great options nearby. Yummy foods ROOMS : Each has a cute place namaste. I stayed in Tirunavamalai room . Excellent AC . Comfy bed. Clean sheets. Lovely floral essence For my sake they made special arrangements too. Very kind people. Will highly recommend everyone who comes to Chennai to stay here. I will be back again surely cos I'm looking forward to sitting in one of the cozy nooks to get lost into the world of novels from the many books kept in the living space.
