The hotel is located quite far from main road and inside the web of one way roads. The rooms are nice, they have a pool and a snooker table for recreational purposes. The staff is prompt and nice but the cleanliness is not up to the level. The linens of the room I stayed in were not quite clean and the bathroom drain was clogged. The beach is located next to it but it is also dirty with empty bottles of liquor, plastic waste lying around. It is just OK for the price they offer. They can definitely do better.

I lived at the resort next to Olive beach and my stay was nice. Was okay for a night. Wasnt very pricey either. The rooms are okay. They are huge and have lot of space for guests. There is a pool and you can play snooker whenever you want. Staff is friendly and will provide you with everything you want. The best part about this was that it was right outside the beach. If you stay here, ask for a room at the other branch near Olive beach. You can thank me later.

This has been one of the worst resorts I have been to. The stay was very untidy with too much flies all the way. Rooms are not at all maintained and stinks,even though we insisted them to clean it. The place is not at all recommended for couples or families. Dinner was average. Breakfast was fine. There was frequent power cuts and the people were not serious when we questioned them. The whole place was open to the local boys who are residing nearby. Hence there was zero privacy. There were two pools here. Both pools are very unmaintained and the water is very sludgy. They didn't even clean the water the next day. Overall I give the least rating to this resort. I don't recommend anyone to visit this place. You will regret the Stay for sure.

Very nice place, very cheap and very close to a beach. Has a make shift pool which is not that well maintained but its very cool to chill if you are going with your friends. It's close proximity to the beach is its advantage as you can chill a lot. There are lots of facilities in here for such a low price. Also there are pool tables. Smoking is also more or less okay inside the rooms. The people here are also very friendly and the private terrace makes it a very good place to chill.

It's well suited for bachelors but not for families. No restaurant here. Resort organizes food from some other place. You will see signboard of "NO SMOKING" at few locations in the premises, but smoking is rampant in the premises including in some of the rooms. Small swimming pool, but decent enough to have good time. BY Sunday morning, I could see the bottles of liquor lying around the Swimming pool (which was cleaned later) -so, be watchful when you get into pool. Price is negotiable -not cheap, but not very expensive

Pool can be better maintained. Otherwise the place offers a good rereception. Food is moderately health and safe enough. I would expect a little more care to rate them one more star. But there are nice spots for many and versatile people. Don't get me wrong. It's a nice place for a get together with an unwind crowd.

It's not a resort.. a compact lodge in seashore. No lawn, Poor customer services. Found 4 Glass pieces in swimming pool. Complimentary breakfast served is really not the standard of a normal veg hotel(Idly served was rotten). They took 2 hours you serve a cup of tea in the morning. Not recommended for family Get-together.

Very worst place and worst service!! Doesn't deserve even 1 star! Attitude of the people who take care of the property is pathetic! We had booked six rooms but got 2 dorms instead with filthy toilets, beds, cots. AC wasn't working, food was another nightmare! I would never suggest this place to anyone even in my dreams!! The whole atmosphere was sickening, that one of my friends had thrown up after using the washroom. Photos shown in all booking websites are entirely different from what we encountered. Probably those were taken when the property was built. My kind advise, please never ever stay at this place!!
