Lovely place to stay i stayed with my family its very safe hotel on ecr.. I hesitated once by seeing the review before coming but it was all false as i had an lovey stay with restaurant facility lovely taste and specially the offer rs 149 per person on buffet lovely spread.. Staff are very polite and couteous... I recommend u to next to book anytime ur on ecr near vgp. Its an children friendly hotel as have many activities for children

Worst room ever. Before checking in they told us to pay full payment we did. After we got into the room, the bathroom was not clean so we told them to clean but instead of cleaning they just flushed the toilet and we got pissed and told him to clean the entire bathroom so they shifted us to another room. The bathroom was okay but we couldn't close the balcony door like anyone can get inside to our room and the AC isn't working properly no air is coming out of it and the fan also didn't run properly and the room door locks for both the room didn't work properly and the hotel didn't look safe for family or women's and we got down to.the reception and told them that we want checkout and we didn't feel safe and nothing is working properly and in that hotel everyone is north indian since we couldn't understand what they spoken we call the manager to refund our money he told us to wait for 15 mins but we Waited for him like 30 mins so I told him that I can't wait refund money, he said if you can't wait then I can't send you the money and cut the call and he picked up our calls so left with no money . We spent only 15 mins there. And also we noticed a prostitute walked out and we feel completely unsafe and I'm with my mom. Don't ever book their they hide everything in screens. Don't trust them

Nice place to stay with family .. I have stayed multiple times in this hotel it's very neat and tidy.. staffs are polite they help us in getting all our work done

I had an very nice experience in the hotel .. I had gone with kids and family they had a great time playing with the hotel staffs .. the staffs were very polite and the best thing we could not get an cab to go to vgp so the owner dropped us to vgp .. this is wat I really liked the service and the politeness of the owner

Very Very Worst Experience in my Life.Poor Room Maintenance,A/C Worst,Fan Worst,Rest Room Worst,Parking Worst,Way Of Handling Coustomer worst,Especially smell in Room Side Very Worst,Late

Rooms are NOT clean. Pillow covers and bedspread are not washed .. lot of hair seen. The very worst part is bedspread are are filled with stains and marks of previous couples loves... Not sure whether these rooms are for family stay or for some other use... .. door locks are broken. Once closed , it stucked , even with door key we couldn't open. service is very poor. No response... every one points others. Communication Only via Hindi. No one knows tamil. It was nightmare . Since we checked in at night time to attend marriage at early morning, we couldn't avoid this room. Our bad time, we don't have other choice on that night.

When you're in hurry, the pics in the restaurant may be fascinating. But, don't look at those and expect more. The contact person is warm, kind and fine. But, the service is poor. Not so clean inside the bathing area. Haven't provide the towel properly. They've 3-4 times before hitting 12:00PM where we're packing up the things for reminder. They should have planned according to the availability. Didn't provide shampoos. Don't deceit with the pictures. Pillows were worst. AC wasn't working less than 17. Also,the AC wastes were scattered inside the room. Portion of the room was sinked in the water. Service men asked to change the mode for water leakage. It too didn't work . 2 days Wasted. kindly think deeper before booking hotels. If you want peace, comfortable, concern about hygiene & safety don't ever think about this place
