Eco Stay Mount Road

Rooms are clean and good. I stayed here for two to three days a week, comfortable and no disturbance. Comes under offerdable price and staff are genuine and good. pros: 1. WiFi available 2. AC available 3. Lift available 4. Power backup available cons: 1. No breakfast

elevator (lift) is not working. and there is no confirmation when it will get rectified either . I visited along with my mother and 3 year Old child and I have left with no choice rather than climbing stairs and that upto 5th floor. it was too tough for me to take luggage in one hand and child in another hand. I cannot share my pain in words now. besides to this my mother has gone through a surgery and she discharged from the hospital today. selecting hotel was a huge mistake by me . how can Goibibo are not aware of this mishaps. this is not acceptable at all. very worst experience. I hope that this won't be taken for granted. and strict action should be taken for this mismanagement. lastly. I would suggest to every guest to check for the elevator service before making any bookings into this stay and please avoid to spoil your stay

Rooms are not clean, and extremely small! If you're cloister phobic don't even think of getting a room here! Plus I found room was dirty! TV is not working and bedsheets are dirty!

Clean and good looking room. All the facilities including hot water, air conditions avilable 24*7. Nearest to US consolute and metro service. Good restaurants are available nearby with a walking distance.All the staffs are ready to help and polite in nature. If you are looking to explore the city this is a good choice because all the tourist attractions are nearby.

I stayed here because it's close to the US embassy (around 1km), worst case if you don't get taxi you can also walk to the embassy. The rooms are very good and maintained well. It's one of the best budget place to live in Mount Road.

Veri clean and tidy rooms. Very chivalrous staff. US consulate is 10 minutes walk from here.
