Durga Residency

Good service. Stayed for 2 nights.. good location.. but AC was not properly working. There were small cockroaches in the room and some lights were not working too

For whoever wants to stay safely and not to struggle, please don't go for it. Very poor response from hotel reception and OYO team has booked stay for me. But hotel management declined my stay there. Me and my wife struggled a lot. If the management really looks this, i would suggest that not to agree Oyo requests. Also please understand the customers requirements since I struggled with my wife in the midnight.

Stayed for a day no drinking water is made to buy It is a three bed room and only one single blanket is given and the staff say we will give only one

Travelled to India for Medical Purposes. Stayed from 2nd-21st July 2022. We would like to express our appreciation to; S. Avinash the hotel receptionist Ram and Suresh hotel bellboy/housekeeper Chili Flora Chef's and Waiter & owner From cleanliness, assistance, affordability, flexibility of check- out (advance arrangement) and safety of the hotel are highlights of our stay. The hotel is situated next to what you require, Chili Flora, Grocery, Pharmacy, Bus Station, Church, and near to Frontier Lifeline Hospital. Thank you very much for making us feel safe and home.

Washroom is not clean

As u said that, i hadnot selected tripple bed room, so I want to share screen shot. U people provide me double bed with only one extravbed, instead of proper tripple bed

Room is and service management is always good

Resonablly decent room in the budjet.it is a lodge.
