Fraud Alert - Worst Hotel Experience Ever Absolutely terrible experience. They promise a complimentary airport taxi, but it's a complete scam. I informed them at check-in and reminded them 3-4 times since my flight was early morning. Still, they made me wait till the last moment and never arranged the taxi. I had to book a regular cab myself for just 100. They've done this to other guests too--it's clearly a pattern. The room was in pathetic condition. AC remote was missing, and when I asked, the staff rudely said there's no remote and it can only be turned on/off from the switch. TV remote didn't work either. Bed sheets were dirty and unchanged, the bathroom was filthy and smelled like a public toilet, and the entire room reeked of cigarette smoke. This place is more like a low-grade dormitory. For this price, you'll find far better hotels nearby. Very unprofessional staff, unhygienic rooms, and fake promises. Completely disappointed. Avoid at all costs.

My recent stay at Dulux Hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was in poor condition, with unclean bed linens and stained carpets. The overall cleanliness of the property left much to be desired, and safety was also a concern due to the lack of secure locks on the doors. While the hotel might be suitable for bachelors looking for a budget stay, it is definitely not recommended for families seeking a peaceful and secure environment. The staff was unresponsive and unhelpful, making the stay even more frustrating. I suggest looking for alternative accommodations if you value cleanliness and peace of mind. The hotel could improve by training staff to be more attentive to guest needs and ensuring that all rooms meet basic cleanliness and safety standards. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel for a family stay.

The management is very poor as he asked for more payment than the actual amount he decided to take. We already had discussion over phone call regarding payment and he was negotiable that time and fixed the amount however when we actually checked in he charged extra around 500/- and also argued with the same. Poor service and mentality. Not even recommending to anyone. Stay at your own risk. Thank you!

Not Deluxe hotel, It is a DEGRADE LUXE HOTEL. Extremely Worst Hotel Experience ever had in my life. My brother in law booked the hotel through online. We went there on 30 April 2025 morning around 7.0AM. They have charged Rs.2200. They asked to pay full amount and we also paid(Room No.207). No receipt was given. I experienced very very horrible and dishonest attitude of staffs. They promised to provide hot water for my old aged sister. When we asked a service boy, he only provide ordinary water. When we asked the person who is in the reception, he said, " I am not the manager and not responsible for this. Then another person told that there exists a temporary electrical connection problem. The thing is they know very well that they can't provide hot water, still by giving false hope, they are booking the room with an intention that the people won't go after booking. We can bear small small inconvenience that happened inadvertently but We can't bear this kind cheating attitude of the hotel management after paying our hard earned money. After attending the marriage at Kunrathur we came to the room on the same day afternoon around 2.0 PM. We complained our inconvenience caused in the morning. The person in the reception promised to provide hot water in next day morning. When I asked for receipt, he told " Receipt will be given at the time of check out". But nothing was happened. They didn't provide hot water. They didn't give receipt at the time of check out. They told it will be sent through WhatsApp. So far I didn't receive any receipt for the payment made.The room and bathroom cleanliness was in pathetic condition. No proper footrest. A piece of towel was laid in front of bathroom.This hotel is more like a low-grade hotel.We can call the hotel as DEGRADE LUXE hotel For this price, we can find far better hotels nearby. Very unprofessional staff, unhygienic rooms, poor hospitality and fake promises. Completely disappointed. People are coming and staying because It is in the midst of City. For a peaceful and pleasent stay with family - please don't go to this hotel.

The hotel staff did not gave me bill receipt after checkout and took 1500 rupees from me despite me being a student and offered almost no discount on the rooms for a single night stay. The rooms were okay but there were bed bugs and cockroaches I saw at late night in the hotel room for which I had to pay Rs 1500 rupees for a single night.

My brother visited this Hotel sharing his experience here .Don't ever visit this hotel .Worst maintained toilet.Ac Not running .Poor response by staffs if complaint given for AC .Better spent 500 rs extra and book some other hotel which has good reviews nearby .

Filthy and sure to get infected. The toilet is so bad that it is completely unusable. Toilet floor is slippery, water leakage all over, wall have fungus, door is so dirty that it cannot be even touched. If you want to live another day please don't use this hotel. Use at your own risk. It is not even worth to pay 100 rupees to stay here. Please check the bathroom if at all there is any compulsion for anyone to stay at this hotel.
