Dakshin Serviced Apartments

Very very very bad experience, booked an AC room and asked to stay in a non ac as it was late night checkin. Full of mosquitoes- we stayed with a 2 year old kid who was struggling to sleep and I couldn't sleep a minute as it was too hot to stay. People at reception are very bad in responding to the queries, bad experience at Dakshin with family.

I booked MakeMyTrip in my family AC room but property manager given non AC room is not good day room mosquitoes staff is very worst. I will Excel 3 hour inform the 700 rupees waste of money please avoid this hotel.

Room is good but there is no regular room service and cleaning until we ask them. I stayed here 15days but lift didn't work. They said it's under repair. They won't even provide water bottle which is a complimentary on room booking. Shower not worked. Door handles are not proper. It's broken.

Rooms are not good it's a place that doesn't have proper air circulation and not neat and not responsible but they are in to get payment first

Would probably rate this as the worst place i have stayed. The lift wouldnt work, the room they gave us was a kitchen converted into a room so it wasnt even finished properly. No toiletries, not even a medimix soap. No handwash. The room we were in didnt have a geyser. And they gave us the cover of the rajai to cover ourselves at night that too only one. No towels no drinking water no scope of even getting food or tea delivered as they wouldnt get it for us. Wanted to ask for milk for my infant and they declined saying not their policy. And then there was no water. We got dirty murky in the bathroom taps after two buckets of water. No shower heads working. The taps didnt have any pressure. The buckets they providedbus were dirtier than the one inuse at home for mopping. This is a place i would recommend to people who wish to commit suicide through dist grime n dirt.

Avoid this hotel. Room is full of mosquitoes. Ac is not blowing cold air at all. Both mosquitoes and malfunctioning ac's means you will have a sleepless night. Bathroom carpet was black in colour showing that it was not cleaned for ages. Water colour was yellow.

I have booked in agado app at the cost of 1050 rs including all taxes. After reaching the hotel they said 1200 is the minim adago app was wrongly showing. So kindly don't book this hotel in booking app or adago app the hotel management was cheating.

The rooms were very average and poorly maintained. The restroom needed repair work and the geyser was not working. Towels and toiletry kits were not provided. This is situated close to a calm residential neighborhood and there were very few or no options for food or basic needs in close proximity. Lift is available. This place would be a good option for a quick stay if they take care of the repair works and maintain it better.
