It was a great pleasure to come here. The staff are very friendly and willing to meet any need. The rooms are very clean. They change new bed sheets and pillowcases every day. It is very suitable for business class people and families...

For bachelors boys OK can adjust. Not recommending for families. Not sure if other rooms are better or not. We got a bad room! for 2K. Bathrooms not good,no soap,no paste,no drinking water.Not fresh bedsheet. Negative feel room.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and I can confidently say it was the worst lodging experience of my life. Where do I even begin? Firstly, the staff was unbelievably rude and unhelpful. It seemed like they were doing me a favor by allowing me to stay there. Customer service? Nonexistent. I felt like I was inconveniencing them by merely asking a question. The rooms were a disaster. Filthy carpets, stained walls, and a musty smell that made it hard to breathe. The bed was uncomfortable, lumpy, and clearly past its prime. I'd be more comfortable sleeping on a pile of rocks. Let's talk about the bathroom - or the horror chamber, as I prefer to call it. Mold was thriving in every corner, and the shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the hotel was built. I didn't dare to step in without wearing my shoes. As for the amenities, what amenities? The so-called "complimentary breakfast" was a sad assortment of stale pastries and watery coffee. I wouldn't feed that to my worst enemy. The Wi-Fi was slower than a snail, making it impossible to get any work done. To top it all off, the noise level was unbearable. It seemed like the walls were made of paper; I could hear every conversation, footsteps, and even snoring from neighboring rooms. I hardly got any sleep during my stay. And don't even get me started on the price. I've stayed in budget motels that offered better accommodations at a fraction of the cost. This place is a complete rip-off. In summary, unless you enjoy being mistreated by staff, sleeping in a dirty, uncomfortable room, and paying way too much for the privilege, do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this hotel. There are plenty of other options in the area that actually value their guests. Save yourself the headache and find a place that deserves your hard-earned money.

I've never encountered such horrendous hospitality in my entire life. We had reserved a room for September 16th and 17th under the name Banupriya and even paid an advance as per their policy. However, things took a unexpected turn when my friend's relatives attempted to check in. They made them wait endlessly and then shockingly denied them a room. As if that wasn't enough, when we tried to reclaim our advance, they initiated a heated argument, falsely claiming that we never showed up, and we were left empty-handed. With their abysmal facilities and complete lack of management, it's high time they shut down their second-rate hotel. I implore future guests to steer clear of this trap, especially when celebrating important occasions. We ain't creating any groups here. Buddy when someone is telling that you have provided a bad service in your hotel , just accept and ensure that the mistake is not happening again to the customers in future . Don't come and justify your miserable act in review section.. we already grown up and I hope I don't need any life advices here.

I booked the room via online, with the request to late check in at 1 AM and they have accepted it. But the main gate was closed and no one was there in reception. No one was answering the phone call. Waited for 30 min and managed to find another hotel at 2 AM.

No bed sheet change..!!! Booked 3 rooms for 2 days. Rooms were okay on first look. "Beware they won't change the bed sheets and pillow cover", don't know who got our 2days dirt :) similarly only they knows how old was that bed sheets we got.! No drinking water,they will arrange the same for extra. The number given in google will accept call for bookings, while booking he promised to arrange Iron box, but after check in your call won't pickup, and staff says they don't have iron box. 6w led is the only light in rooms, staff reply was "by increasing the lighting it will affect the AC cooling" (You can't do reading in that light) TV remote battery saved me to run the AC (AC remote battery was dead) Will provide Wardrobe, Sofa in rooms if you want just clean the dust and you can use it. After two days we asked to extend a day for '1 room' to keep our bags, but they asked to pay the amount of 3 rooms for a single room.

Room was neat at an affordable price. Two fans ,Ac , water heater, room service, tv are all available. Good monitoring with CCTV surveillance

When i reached the hotel to check in, the guy in reception asked for rtpcr certificate, I told both dose vaccination completed. I told I made full payment for the rooms and it's not refundable, he is not listening. Then he told he will allow if I pay double the amount in hand to give the room. I told I don't need and booked another hotel.
