Nice Experience with D&A Corporate Residency Boutique Hotel. From check-in to Check-out every interactions with staffs are very professional. Location was great, Very near to Brigade World Trade Center. Its like holy place, Right Side Mosque and left side Church. Very calm and peaceful place for stay. Its very safest place for women traveler's, The hotel staff were friendly and available any time for our help. Staffs really made us feel at home. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable, like Queen Cot and Multiple Pillows. I was very pleased with my Stay, Great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. It was very Silent place for studying and Prayer. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

This is a very good property, located just behind World Trade Center. Absolutely clean, calm atmosphere and well behaved staff. We stayed here for 3 days and enjoyed our stay. Room are cozy with good mattresses and external noise/ interference etc. is zero.

Disappointing Experience - Poor Management and Money-Minded Approach!! Our stay at D & A boutique hotel-with family was a major letdown due to the management's unprofessional and money-focused attitude. While the property itself may have potential, the experience was overshadowed by the constant push for additional charges and lack of basic hospitality. From the moment we checked in, it felt like every interaction was geared towards squeezing more money out of us rather than ensuring a pleasant stay. Hidden fees, unnecessary upselling, and poor communication about costs left us feeling frustrated and unwelcome. Even basic requests, like room service or assistance with amenities, were met with indifference unless there was an extra fee attached. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for the management team. This was supposed to be a relaxing family getaway, but instead, we spent most of our time dealing with these issues, which completely ruined the experience. We expected far better for the price we paid. Unless the management takes serious steps to focus on guest satisfaction over profits, I cannot recommend D & A boutique hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay.

The Care taker named: Atanu is very good and having keen understanding about the service management, and takes the concern of the clients on first priority. Moreover the housekeeping department fellows namely : Biswajeet and others are very much friendly and provide the services of top priority. Overall experience is awesome.

Very comfotable and room are worth staying. The Services provided by Atanu and team under the leadership of Mr. Sanjay, the Manager, were excellent and deserve appreciation . I would love to stay again in this property whenever visit Chennai next time.

Had a very good experience. In a residential area, with major basic amenities nearby. Very clean AC rooms and premises. Staff is very polite and helpful, especially Mr Sanjay and Mr Atanu made the stay very stay very comfortable. There is a restaurant at the property which serves really good south indian delicacies. All in all, had a wonderful and comfortable stay.
