Good place n ambience The taste of the food was good Ordered veg foods as it was Saturday. Nool parata was so dry n was less hot. Schezwan fried rice was good Naan mushroom masala was good Panner noodles also taste good. Over all good food with a high rate.

It's always consistent in this outlet. U can go in any untime between service hours you will get food

Gd Day Friends, I have made booking 2 Nos. Studio Rooms & 6 Nos. Executive rooms @ Cresent Hotel, Vanagaram during my Daughter's marriage Event which was held on 11th & 12th July @ M Wedding & Convention Center, Vanagaram. Our guests took the room keys for 2 Nos. Studio & 5 Nos. Executive Rooms in the afternoon on 11th and one more room key was not given to my guest even after, they made several request with the office inchage Vipin. As was busy in the marriage event, my guest didn't call me to get the room to stay in the night. Our guest attended the function and returned back home without availed the room which exclusively booked for them(I came to know the fact the next day Evening only) On 12th around 12 PM, the hotel incharge started asking one of our guest who stayed in the Studio Rooms to vacate the room immediately. However, the person replied to Vipin, Hotel Incharge, that our friends may come at any time and then we will all vacate the room quickly. But, Vipin was not in the mood to listen and forced again to vacate or extend your stay. Our person replied to him that you can extend our stay here. Vipin took the opportunity to call me over mob and stated that your guest wanted to extend one Studio room for one more day. I was busy at that time with my daughter marriage activities and asked my friend to get his consent to extend the room. He told me that Vipin forced me to vacate or extend the room that's why, I told him to extend. Within half an hour time, all other friends returned back to hotel and vacated their rooms. Vipin was in adament mood that he can't not cancel the room even after our guests vacated the room around 1 PM and he has agreed to reduce the rent from 3500(Studio) to 2600(Execuyive) which the room was NOT occupied. I paid 2600 Rupees for the Studio room which vacated @ 0100 PM.on 12th1July. On 11th night, our guests took only 4 Nos. extra mattresses. Whereas, Vipin was claiming cost for 6 beds. It was clarified with our guests and proved that only 4 extra beds availed on that night. Thereafter, Vipin agreed to pay for 4 Nos. @ rate of 450 Rs/ mattres. Finally, one room which we booked and reserved online was not given to us at all and even we paid full rent of 2800 Rupees.(I made online booking for one room) During my busy activities, the hotel Cresent staff made me unhappy, unpleasant situations and upset for handling the case. Anyhow, I paid 2600 + 2800 Rupees(I have the record for the amount paid) unnecessaily to the hotel staff for nothing and If, the amount is paid for orphanage, I would be very happy. Finally, I have had very bad & bitter experience with the Cresent, Vanagaram Staff and noted that their main aim is to make money only without adding any satisfaction to the Customers.

Not recommended for family. Rooms are small for this price. Service support not to expect much. We planned to stay for 2 days,finally we exit in a single day. Although we mention front desk that we are family coming from out station, they allocated room in top floor where all dumps, open WC which lmakes uncomfortable for us. We asked for brush kits, answer was they ordered, material not inwarded. Location was closer to NH that the positive side.

Need to improve their attitude with the customers, not the reception guy, he is so cooperative. During the booking time, clearly communicated that we are 3 people including 1 kid. But they served breakfast for only 2, the reason behind its a double room, but later they served the food.

Room service is equal to none. Room are ok, passable for the night stay. Restaurant service is also available, food is great, breakfast availability is not there. It's approx 16-17 km, 35 mins drive away from airport depending on traffic.

The worst experience I ever had in a hotel. Rude staff behavior, when we reported the matter to manager on duty he too behaved rudely and refused to acknowledge his staff bad behavior. Water in taps is purposefully reduced to 25% as they use water tankers. Takes ages to wash hands and take bath. Toilet commode seat was broken, bathroom door latch never worked. Had to fill water in a bucket and use it as door stopper from inside. Even after multiple reminders no action was taken. We could clearly see they were least bothered. Requested for extra bed which came in a pathetic condition. Since we paid full amount in advance, we had no option but to continue there. They have a non veg hotel in ground floor which is their main income so least concerned about rooms. I strongly recommend NOT to book this hotel. Usually can find much better hotels in that price range.

Stayed for 2 days ,good rooms with proper facilities.Hospitality is also good .
