Paid and Placed booking via agoda. These guys didn't accept that saying they need reservation from Oyo. Then I had to pay 3 times of the same booking charges that I did with Agoda again to these guys. Rooms were not that great either. Won't recommend.

I booked online and was quoted 700 rupees ... I had paid online ....but I got here they gave me some reason and asked me to pay 1500 rupees...very worst.... Room not clean ...there is no water in the bathroom reception did not respond properly ti inquiries I am vacated to room immediately......

One of my worst experience I hve ever witnessed. Rooms dirty. Bathroom dirty. I was offered a room which was used, the bedsheet and the blanket, wasn't properly made. Toilet seat, dirty.urinated all around. Completely disappointed.

I booked AC room, they denied giving AC room and asked extra money for AC. Rooms are not clean, full of cigarette smell. No hot water. Staffs doesn't treat customer well.

Totally waste room ,no water ,no response , family not safe this resistance, reception rude behaviour,pls resistancy not safe pls not stay no booking extra amount totally waste....

Staff and receptionist are very rude. Seems like they are owners because they behave like that after taking triple amount that it has shown in online apps. Very worst behaviour. No one bother about cleaning but behavior is worst.

Worst online room rent showing 700 to 1000 when u arrive at place the receptionist guy will say room rent is 2700..and online booking will not show to them..my money lost no refund also.

For emergency I stayed here. The room is clean the first day you enter. Afterwards no cleaning staff. I heard the hotel is loss making hence they don't have manpower. Safety is okay but the area doesn't give good vibes. I don't recommend this for women. Oyo discounts will cost you less. I paid 1,950 for 3 days. Or else each day will cost 1,000. Window glass was broken, water will come inside whenever it rains. Sometime bats will also come inside. And they will not easily fly outside even if you keep the door and window open. This hotel is good when you don't have any options. Note: If they get the chance, they will rate themselves 5-star in the Oyo app on your phone. It happened to me. Also advertised photos are fake. The room I got was different.
